Customer Reviews
Exceptional experience! Professional, interested, and kind staff. The little lady at the front is sweet and efficient. Colorful kid engaging atmosphere. Professional quality equipment and set up. My kids love it here and cannot wait to get a prize out of the giant gumball machine after their visit. Proud to be able to patronize a black owned business and provide positive feedback.
My 4 year old son needed 4 caps for his back teeth After doing the surgery my son woke up feeling at ease with barely any pain. The surgery went great . Also D had worked there for a few years now and she has the best dental Customer service I ever experienced.
Terrible customer service and attitude towards patients. If you have multiple children, do not schedule here. They will try to punish you, on purpose, by refusing to schedule your children on the same day. They put notes on my kids accounts saying they can’t be scheduled together and wouldn’t explain why, and refused to let them be seen back to back. This is not a uniform experience as others are allowed to have this privilege.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It's a shame how one person can really change the dynamic of someone's business. Although, The Dentist and her staff are very sweet and personable, the front office lady is not. She has been so rude and unprofessional from the first day we tried out the Children's Dental Haven. Recently, when I attempted to call to request proof that we didn't owe a balance after our insurance covered it, she steam rolled me and then hung up the phone. Stat away from this establishment . It's not worth the headache.
If I could give this office negative stars I would. We had been going there for about a year I think and I was very happy with the dentist and the staff (minus the front desk). I talked to the density about doing another procedure for my son and was told I’d have to pay out of pocket, no problem. We scheduled the procedure four months from then because she can only do them once a month at the hospital, again no problem because that was out of her hands. My son needed the procedure because his health has been declining, along with his behavior (he has autism). A week before the appt I was told that they needed to cancel and reschedule, which is frustrating because we’d been waiting for months. I was told I’d get a call back immediately to reschedule. Took five days to get a call back. I left two messages asking to please give me a call back because I knew her schedule was full and we really needed to get this procedure done. Finally I get a call back, to my surprise I can hear them in the phone but they can’t hear me. What’s even more surprising is what they were saying about me. The doctor herself complained about me leaving a message twice (on two separate days) and said “we’ll she must’ve come into some money for the procedure, must’ve won the lottery. They they started complaining about why I was making such a big deal over some baby teeth. Which I had explained to her the issue when I schedule the procedure and she didn’t seem to feel it was ridiculous then. It was incredibly unprofessional, since I’m sure other clients heard her say these thing (it’s not a big office). Not only that but hurtful and felt judgmental. Never once did I give them the impression we couldn’t pay out of pocket, I never even asked for a payment plan, I just agreed to it without complaint. Maybe she assumed I didn’t have the money because we have soonercare, who knows. When I called back immediately after I heard that you can get I was rude to the assistant that answered, since she was the one saying nasty things lo side the dentist. She knew she was caught and apologized, but I’ve yet to receive one from the dentist. Maybe she doesn’t know that I heard it all. Maybe the assistant didn’t tell her because she’s get in trouble, again who knows. I still wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to my worst enemy because of how they talked, and I’m sure I’m not the only client they’ve talked about negatively. Which I’m sure that happens everywhere but my issue is the assumptions made and the fact that it was said while they had clients in the office that could hear her. This has been really disappointing because the dentist was genuinely nice to my children. Luckily I’ve found a new dentist in Edmond that has been fantastic to my kiddos, they even have a therapy dog to help calm my son with autism.
I'm giving a 2 star review because I have been trying to get my kids in to be seen again for almost a year now. I have very bad experiences with dentists so after their first visit and they did amazing and she was amazing I didn't want to change doctors. But I've emailed, left numerous voicemails and have gotten nothing back. She is amazing just disappointed my kids can't get in because no one answers!!
