Had my son assigned to Dr Harris. After bonding and filling my son's chipped tooth three times in one month and the shoddy work falling out 3 times. Today I went into her office with him for his appointment to get two back teeth filled, and told my wife to take a picture of his front tooth so that we could get a crown covered by his insurance instead of another filling that's just going to fall off. The dental assistant text my son back to the room and puts the mask on his face. When Dr Harris came into the room the assistant told her that "the dad told the mom to take a picture of his tooth, they're probably going to sue us" to which the doctor replied "they don't know who they're messing with", and made my son get up and leave. They refused to do the work on his back teeth that he was there for to begin with. There was no loud voices, no rudeness, the conversation wasn't even involving them, but they claim we threatened to sue them and it was considered a threat. Very rude and unprofessional.
