Children's Dental Center of Madison

We’ve had fantastic experiences at the Children’s Dental Center of Madison in Fitchburg every single time! Taking my two toddlers (ages 2 and 3) to the dentist could be daunting, but they actually love going thanks to the incredible staff and dentist, Dr. Drew. The team at the front desk is wonderful; they are always willing to pause what they’re doing to help. After each visit, my kids receive tokens for the toy machines, which they absolutely love. During our last visit, my son was excited to get a dinosaur toy, but a quarter was stuck in the machine. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately took action, unlocking the machine and also to remove the quarter and make sure my son got his Dino. Their kindness and willingness to help, even in the middle of a busy day, truly stood out. The entire team here is always friendly, and we love seeing them in fun costumes for the holidays. Thank you all so much! I highly recommend Children’s Dental Center of Madison for making the dentist a place kids love to go!

My experience was fantastic. My one year year-old wasn’t afraid everybody was so friendly my four-year-old loved it and he doesn’t like anyone touching his teeth or his mouth so thank you so much

What an amazing dental office!! Everyone is so friendly, we feel at total ease coming to the dentist. We have been seated on time and on our way in less than a half hour. Dr. Drew does a great job of explaining everything to the parents and making it relatable for the children to understand too. I am so impressed!!

We’ve had 15 years of experience working with Dr Dowd. She is amazing. We’ve seen her for 2x per year checkups, and also saw her for a tooth emergency when one of my kids knocked his two front teeth loose while at a children’s gym. She’s great with the kids, provides expert and trusted care, has guided my kids to take care of their teeth, and she even saved my son’s two front teeth on that emergency visit. Her front desk staff and dental hygienists are also awesome. This is a great clinic.

This is hands down the best place to take your kiddos. Dr. Dowd had been my daughter's dentist from 3 until she aged out at 12. Dr. Dowd is the absolute best! Her love for the kiddos and what she does is undeniable. Can't say enough good about her, was very upset to find out she wasn't able to take any new patients now that it's time for my youngest to have regular checkups...but we did end up getting in with Dr. Drew, and he is also pretty great! My little guy felt extremely comfortable and relaxed, I am going to give half the credit to the awesome assistant he got to see 1st. I don't recall her name but she is definitely an asset to Dr. Drew's team! I had a terrible fear of the dentist my whole life due to a few bad experiences and I absolutely did not want my kiddos to end up with the same fear. I promise you taking your kids to this Children's Dentist will ensure they love dental visits! Shout out for the receptionists and front desk staff as well they also are assets to the team!
