Whenever we’ve had an issue with teeth we have been seen quickly. The staff is super sweet and so helpful. Dr. Mian has been great to us!

This was probably one of the worst experiences l've had at a children's dental office. This office used to be so nice and clean, and now it looks absolutely horrible. The manager is probably the worst of them all, she's rude she didnt even try to fix my situation. Not professional. And the Doctor, she is rude and rough with the procedures, she denies to help my kid just because he was very scared and insisted on making him feel better, she was annoyed because we are taking a lot of her time. Once my child was ready and calm she says she wont see him anymore. We will not be returning for our next visit, we found a better more caring doctor. I really think the doctor should remember she is dealing with kids and try to make them feel secure instead of scared, kids are not the problem is with the Doctor patience !!

They are super nice they break down all the costs to me ahead of time super helpful and have the kids in mind. Always asking if they are in any pain thru the whole process

every time i’ve taken my cousin in for a visit, i’m treated like a criminal. his visit today i was asked for my ID and to state my relation to him. the ID i can understand, but i don’t feel like being questioned on how i know him is appropriate, especially with me being on his approved list of people to bring him in. once we were done playing 20 questions, it took an hour for him to be called back for a cleaning that didn’t even last 5 minutes. we waited an additional 25 minutes for the dentist herself to do the exam.. in which my cousin was then asked his relation to me. when he stated i was his cousin, the dentist stopped mid-exam and asked the hygienist to make sure i had consent to bring him. his cleaning was already done.. even if i hadn’t been questioned to death up front, wasn’t it a little late for that?!

I got a filling done here a few months ago and everything was ok until today. I went to my endo to get a root canal done and turns out, now I need another root canal done on teeth #12 because they drilled too deep and because of that, tooth #12 got infected. Now I have to spend another $3000 on getting a root canal done and a crown. If you want to save your money and teeth, do not go here!!!!!!
