Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

The whole team at Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry & Orthodontics was excellent. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time due to insurance issues so I was really nervous but everyone made me feel welcomed, safe and as if I mattered. I really appreciated Dr. Clare's transparency with me while also being kind and supportive. She explained everything effectively. I also enjoyed Tammy who took my x-rays and did my cleaning. Super seamless and easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, which I think is not something many people will say when going to the dentist! What a team y'all have!

Cheyenne mountain dentistry is absolutely amazing. Hands down the best dental I have ever received, and I have been to a lot of them. They should change the name to pain-free dental because they are this good. Tammy and Dr. C are the best around. I'm not blowing any steam. They are seriously world class... And they have TVs for the patients. Very nice!

It has been a few years since my last cleaning. Dr. Clare and her team are outstanding! They were able to take care of one of my crowns the same day. They kept me informed about next steps the entire time and made sure I had no questions before I left. Thanks again for your excellent service and professionalism!

I brought my mom here for 2 root canals. She came back and today to get the crowns out in and the Dentist and office staff were so amazing! It’s nice to go to a place that actually cares for their patience and do a really good job. They also speak Spanish which is really helpful too. This was the first time in which I kinda got emotional (teary-eyed) by a service and hospitality that was provided. Please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I came in just seeking a second opinion, but left as a patient. The wonderful ladies at the front desk were warm, friendly and got me all checked in quickly.My experience was great, Bailey was amazing, took the time to explain everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Clare was also great, took time to go over everything in my x rays, addressing my concerns but also showing me things I was unaware of. Kelly was very helpful going over my treatment plan and helping explain some insurance questions. Overall I was so pleased that I scheduled my surgery with them for next month and I’m excited to be getting my oral health back on track with this team

So, the staff was all really nice. The dentist was also very nice. That only matters so much though. I was there for 1.5 hours after my appointment start time and didn't get a cleaning... I understand new patient appointments are longer, but to take 1.5 hours EXCLUDING a cleaning is wasting peoples time. Communication was bad. I later learned that I was waiting on administration to get off the phone with my insurance. Great, I sat in the exam chair for 30 minutes while they talked to insurance... They could've emailed me that info. They could've let me know that it was taking a while. I got xrays and a quick exam done in 1.5 hours. Probably 20 minutes of actual time spent doing things Not going back. Also, don't try to upsell me. Tell me what I should be doing different to be better. If it's to the point where I need special cleaning, tell me what to do to prevent that again instead of NOT doing a cleaning and leaving me in the room for 30 minutes. Livid

Had a great experience! Staff were very nice and always ensuring comfortability. Great place to take the kids as well because they have TV available for them to watch.
