Chestnut Hill Smiles

My family and I have been going to Dr. Jain for about a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. The front desk staff is always super friendly. Making appointments is always easy. Dr. Jain is friendly and respectful. I recently had a slight emergency issue and was able to get in the same day. Dr. Jain was thoughtful and careful about assessing the issue. I never feel that I’m being pushed to get treatment or services that I do not need. I highly recommend.

I'm absolutely blown away. This was BY FAR the best dentist appointment I have ever had. I want to start from the beginning because the first call is what got me into the door, but the treatment and care today is what will keep me coming back. I initially had a scheduled dental appointment with Jefferson in the city. The front desk wasn't very inviting, it felt like I was annoying staff by trying to schedule my first ever visit with them, but I just moved from California and it had been a year since going to the dentist so I scheduled it anyway. My wife scheduled an appointment with Chestnut Hill Smiles on speaker phone and the front desk was SO kind, I immediately canceled my scheduled dentist in center city and chose to come here instead. Fast forward to today. I got to meet Renee in person and she was even kinder than she was on the phone! (which I wouldn't believe could be possible). The office itself is warm and inviting, a rowhome that feels like a perfect fit into Chestnut Hill's quaint reputation. Then I got to meet the dental hygienist Kristen, she was kind and welcoming and was impressively skilled throughout my entire visit! Someone I certainly respect and trust with my dental care and health. THEN I met Dr. Tran. I'm not someone who hates the dentist, so I've had many experiences that I would say are good, but Dr. Tran is BY FAR the best dentist experience I've ever had. He was not only attentive, but also extremely detailed in explanation and always giving notice of what was happening now, and what was going to happen next. I had a chip in my tooth that he fixed in seconds and it looks like NOTHING ever happened. I'm blown away. When you're looking for a place to receive something as important as the care for your smile and dental health, this is the place you want to go, and THIS is the team you want to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Where are the medals? Bring out the trophies! Call the mayor! THIS is the best dental practice in the country.

Dr. Tran was wonderful!! At one point during my cleaning, I told him his cleaning was so gentle that it was an absolute pleasure!! (I've had much more painful cleanings in the past at other places that shall not be named.) From the front desk to the dental assistant and Dr. Tran, everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional at the immaculate and warm office. More people would see their dentist regularly if they had an experience like mine today. I know I'm already looking forward to my next 6-month checkup!

I really love how quickly they get you in and out the door. Dr. Jain is super quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. The dental hygienist's are friendly and thorough (one speaks Spanish and I really enjoy chatting with her). The receptionists are also great. I often speak with Rene and she is the nicest, as well as all others I've interacted with. I am also undergoing Invisalign treatment here and so far it has gone smoothly. There's not a lot of bells and whistles at this practice, but I like that I am able to get what I need and be on my way.

I have dental anxiety and CH Smiles has always been extremely welcoming and accommodating. I started coming here when Dr. P was still there. I had lots of dental issues that she was able to take care of for me. She also sent me up with recommendations for specialists. Now I see Dr. Tran who has also been amazing. I was definitely anxious about the change, but he has been kind and funny. He explains the procedures and is very gentle. The dental assistants are also very personable and kind. I have had lots of dental work done here and have had no problems. Renee at the front desk is always so helpful. She has moved appointments to accommodate me. Also, she has such a great demeanor and personality. All around the staff have created an atmosphere at CH Smiles that always helps put my anxiety at ease. If you are someone who has anxiety around dental procedures, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Tran.
