Are used to love this place they went downhill absolutely was scammed telling me treatment for my son that didn’t need to be done. I knew it in my heart that they were lying to me, took him to my general dentist and he has all the latest technologies, tools, knowledge training, and was told he needed a root canal because of the feeling was Too close to the root then my dentist said no he filled it took his time. Got all the bad cavity out and was it nowhere near the root And needed a root canal so stay away and they do not even verify your insurance they call you and have you do it? This company came to today they called the insurance company me in front to get all the information to make sure everything was hundred percent and they do not have the actual dentist the doctor to do the teeth. They have some other woman sitting there and then explaining to him how to do the feelings and how to do the numbness in the cheat this is why they don’t want parent going back because, they’re not even having the right person to do the work. This has been reported to the Better Business Bureau. The fact they’re on the Better Business Bureau so stay away. Do not take your kids here if they tell you a bunch of work, your kid needs to be done, get a second opinion like I did will be no longer going back to the facility , both my kids

Dr. Miles and Laura, the dental hygienist, were phenomenal with our 2-year-old son. Their kind and empathetic approach made our dental experience truly enjoyable. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Cherokee Children’s Dentistry! Do not search any further! This is the place to take your sweet babies! We adore Dr. Miles and his entire Staff, they instantly made us feel comfortable and welcomed us to the family. We drive over an hour so that my kiddos can have the greatest dental care in Georgia! The knowledge, expertise, patience, is top notch! Never thought my kids would be excited to go to the dentist, no matter what the procedure whether it’s invasive or just a cleaning. They look forward to visiting because they feel so welcome and the entire staff make it a great experience. Dr. Miles, his Dentists and staff are like a team of Superheroes! The staff here are truly amazing! Kelli, Dawn, Moira, and really everyone at the front desk are the sweetest women I’ve ever met. They make me look forward to coming to the dentist every time! I’ve truly made new friends coming here. Everyone does a great job at making you/ your children feel comfortable. The whole process is as pleasant as it can be. I would recommend anyone to come here!!
