BEWARE!! Absolute worst customer service and ridiculous policy. I've been taking my kids for over 4 years and have never been overly impressed. Children 7 and under cannot get an appointment after 12 noon because they feel that is the best time for young children. I'm told this has always been their policy but it was news to me. My 3 year old has had some changes and an appointment in the afternoon would accommodate his needs. I asked for an exception to the policy to meet his needs and was told no. I was passed to someone else who refused to even ask and said young kids are just better in the morning. I told her that's an unfair policy and no two children are the same. I was so annoyed at this point. I again asked her to request an ACCOMMODATION on our behalf and she told me that's their policy and to go to another pediatric dentist then. Now infuriated, I talk to the office manager, Krista or Kristen, who has no backbone to stand up to her horrible staff. I asked for all of their names so I can put in a formal complaint to the head of the practice and am told their not comfortable with giving their name. I'm not comfortable taking my kids somewhere that treats patients so horribly. They absolutely do not care about their patients. There is no accommodating their patients needs. Still waiting for Dr Suh to call me about my experience. This is the same doctor who made up a reason for me to bring my kids every 3 months because we have good insurance and never told me she submitted this fake reason. We stayed way too long and now we can't run fast enough. Seeing the other reviews was complete validation.
Very disappointing experience with the office on November 8th. I scheduled an appointment for both of my daughters on October 14. However, when we arrived I was informed that there was no record of our appointment. In preparation for the visit, they had provided me with the office email to ensure the previous dentist could send over my daughters’ scans. Despite this, I was told at check-in that not only was our appointment not scheduled, but also that the scans were missing, which prevented us from being seen. If scheduling and managing records is this challenging, I can’t imagine follow up care.
As usual, the staff and Dr. Suh were wonderful. My kids really enjoy going to see her and the staff. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and genuine. The preventative care and advice feel appropriate. The team always is available to answer questions and includes you as a partner; making decisions together. In other words. they don't have a "We know better, we're the professionals..." attitude. It's a team effort including the kids. I appreciate all of that in a healthcare provider. The office is always clean, well-managed, and just the right of fun for kids at the dentist. We will continue seeing everyone at Charm happily throughout the years.
I was unexpectedly disappointed with the treatment received by the scheduling employees at Charm pediatric dentistry. I called to schedule my son’s first appointment. When I was asked to provide our group insurance number I did and was told they would search our insurance when their system was working. I recieved a phone call the day before my son’s appointment and was told they did not have his insurance information. I called back after I was done work to speak with the receptionist. I told her I didn’t have the number on me at the moment but could provide it when I was back home. She said to send it over an email and they would check it first thing in the morning prior to his appointment.She also said if there was a problem, she would call in the morning. I did send it to the email provided and did not receive a phone call. When my husband arrived to bring my son to his appointment, along with our infant they told him they could not see him because they did not have his insurance. They also told him that I never returned their phone call. I called to speak to a supervisor and was told that there is not a supervisor because it is not a restaurant. I was also told that it was completely okay for me to find a provider that better meets my expectations after I explained the dissatisfaction of the poor communication.
Loved our experience here with our toddler ! Amazing staff, very professional , and they were fast and efficient ! Our new go to dentist for our daughter. ❤️ thanks again !
