Charlestown Road Dental

Charlestown Road Dental is a great place. I was having some pain due to cavities and they got me an appointment right away. Appointment went very well. And hygienist had a cancellation on the same day as my appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for my routine cleaning. Very friendly staff and attentive to your needs and your concerns. And the dentist is very thorough and explaining everything. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I've been a patient of this office for 10+ years and everyone from the front office staff to the physicians are fantastic! Today I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and I felt zero pain. They are thorough, professional and truly caring when it comes to their patients. I highly recommend this practice

I went to this dental office and I had a very good experience there. Everyone is extremely friendly and the dentist was great. I went on a Thursday and they said the dentist was new he just started that Monday. He knew what he was doing and very friendly. I had two teeth pulled and I never felt a thing. I will be going back in the future.

I had a confirmed appointment with Charlestown Road Dental. I showed up, from over an hour away, for my appointment and was greeted by a locked door. I knocked and a receptionist answered the door without allowing me to enter and said all appointments have been canceled, we called everyone. I would not have driven all that way if my appointment was knowingly canceled. No apology, no reschedule, no phone call. Very disappointed in this dental office.

Is there an option for 0 stars? Not only can they not keep the same doctors working there, thru keep getting worse every time. I was with them for over three years and I've had enough. It's done nothing other than go downhill. My doctor today looked like he was stoned and tried talking to me like I was a teenager. I'm 45 years old. I will never be back and I do NOT recommend anyone go here.

Wonderful practice. The staff are warm, friendly & caring. Dr. Mason is amazing, and he has saved my teeth! I highly recommend him & this practice.
