Anxiety no more! I have seen Dr Ballard and Dr Young and both are exceptional. From fillings to implant crowns the experience was great. All the hygienists are awesome and I’m picky , Sara, Chelsey, Holli all are amazing. The assistants are top notch and so caring, Angel has been my assistant past several times but Sherry always comes to say hi. Tracy and Davina at front desk are so kind and very knowledgeable about any questions I may have. Just an all around great place to go.

Highly qualified staff and top notch service! Everyone is so very friendly, warm, and welcoming, from the Front Office to the Hygienists and Doctors. Doesn’t even feel like ur at the dentist. Quick and easy in and out. I was in Hollie’s chair this time and she was able to excellently clean up my cigarette smoking, and caffeine drinking stains, tarter and plaque without any discomfort at all. Hands down the best dentist office in Charleston in my opinion. Highly recommended!

First visit here and the first time I didn’t have a panic attack at the dentist! Our staff was wonderful, we were able to be active in our plan of care. Very gentle, calming atmosphere (even with the construction going on). I think I’ve found my family’s new dentist office!

Today was my first appointment at Charleston Dental Associates and I was very impressed! They took time with me to help determine my issues. They were very friendly and professional.

I made an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain that landed me in the ER due to it being the weekend. The staff were phenomenal and so sweet. Most importantly though they were understanding! I saw Dr. Ashley Young. She was wonderful. I have always had a bad experience with dentists, this office has changed my perception. I look forward to going back and getting a game plan together for the perfect smile!

Love this place. You're in and out fast. They are all nice and its painless. It was the best dentist I've ever been to. Hope to stay with them for a long, long time.

On November 20, my fiancée traveled from Putnam County to this dental location but was delayed due to traffic, arriving six minutes late for her scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the office denied her care based on a policy they refer to as the "5-minute rule." I attempted to address the situation by politely asking to speak with the doctor. However, I was informed and I quote “that will not be happening” followed with a chuckle. Quite disappointing! Additionally, I was given conflicting information regarding the doctor's availability—first being told he was with a patient and later that he had already left for the day. Due to the circumstances, I was unable to express my concerns directly. My fiancée took time off from work, and I too had to adjust my schedule to care for our child, only to be turned away for reasons beyond our control. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, and I encourage others seeking dental services to consider alternative options. It is essential for healthcare providers to demonstrate understanding and consideration for their patients' circumstances.Thank you for our lost time and money Charleston Dental Associates… excellent “care”.
