Charles Ashley Mann, DDS & Associates - Cary

This was my first appointment at Charles Ashley Mann Dentistry and I will be returning. The whole office, from the front desk to the doctor, is welcoming and efficient. Felicia, my hygienist, went above and beyond with a thorough consult and cleaning, while Dr. Mann gave me a detailed exam and honest feedback. If you want a personable dentist you can trust and want to be treated like a valuable customer, this practice is for you!

I've been a patient at Dr. Mann's office for over seven years, not only for routine checkups but also for extensive dental work after an accident. Dr. Mann and his team provided top-notch care, restoring my teeth to an even better state than before. What truly sets them apart is the level of support they offer — they consistently go above and beyond to make you feel like part of their family. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Mann has been my dentist for 12+ years, and I have always gone to Erin for my cleaning. Erin & Dr. Mann have me driving to downtown Cary from wherever I have lived in the Triangle, because I would not go to any other dentist. They are simply the best. Now my children go to the same dentist, and we continue to drive to Cary for their appointments.

I have been a patient here since 2013, when another dentist attempted cosmetic dentistry without the necessary experience and left me with misaligned teeth that looked very unnatural and robbed me of my confident smile. I had a very difficult time after that trusting that anyone could restore my smile, which is kind of a trademark! Dr. Mann and his team tackled my issue immediately, repaired everything and did the necessary cosmetic work to help me smile naturally again. I get compliments all the time about my teeth, and they look like my natural teeth, but better. I will always be grateful and won’t go anywhere else for dental work of any kind. I trust my trademark smile to this team only!

My family and I have been coming since the early 2000’s and we love Dr.Mann’s office and staff. Felicia did a speedy but thorough examination and cleaning today along with some helpful tips for improvement. I would highly recommend Dr.Mann and Associates for all your dental care needs!

For the most part I had a good experience. The staff are wonderful, especially Carmine. . Waiting time in between the dentist’s other appointments is the only problem. Michael doesn’t have an account on Google but he would score Felicia a 10 out of ten. She is compassionate and really good at what she does.
