My wife experience was awful! If you are pregnant and need to get a blood test done for your child do not attend this facility. The nurses were rude and the nurse assistants were not paying attention when they do there job when they were drawing my son's blood which end up having it being dropped on the ground and having to be redrawn again. Poor professionalism

My mom was turned away because she was 5 minutes late to her appointment and all because there was no parking. She waited 3 months for this appointment and arrived 25 minutes before to find parking and just barely made it. And then turned away for a 5 minute late check in and now has to wait another 3 months to see her doctor that just ignores her anyway. This place has always been terrific but it near her house so she prefers this location. Buyer beware and customer service is not a thing here. Good luck

Fantastic non-profit clinic! Dr. Kevin Pham is the absolute best. I have been under his care for almost two years and my feet have never felt better. Everyone is very kind and respectful, truly feels they are in the patient’s best interest. HIGHLY recommend coming here

You have to wait 2-3mo this to get an appointment, that’s ridiculous. You’ll have died before they have seen you, and all to be seen by nurses who barely passed nursing school. Call the urgent cares in Pasadena to make sure they take your insurance and they will see you that same day and with actual care.

Ever since Alta Med took over this place is terrible, they lie to you you can't get an appointment, I'm patient there for 10 years , when you see Alta Med Chapp it's all lies they do6 care about patient care.
