Amazing experience here. Dr. Johnston & Estrella were so kind to me, answered all my questions, eased my anxieties & took care of my dental issue that I was being seen for. I brought my grandma to the appointment & they answered all of her questions too. Very professional & respectful people working here. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a periodontist. :)

I have been going here for 2 years now. The staff greets me by name when I walk in and are always friendly. Dr. Johnston preformed a painless tooth extraction last year. I have been very pleased with Debbi who regularly cleans my teeth and treats my gums. I have total confidence in her skills and knowledge. I've enjoyed talking with her and she plays my favorite music in the background. Little things. I highly recommend Chandler Implants & Periodontics.

Dr Johnston is awesome - a real nice guy. Was referred to him by my dentist to address some gum issues. He took time to explain the procedure and what to expect. The day of all went well and the follow ups have been great. Couldn't be happier. In addition he has some of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff making the recovery that much better. Thank you again guys really appreciate it!

Dr. Johnston was a referral from my dentist due to some recession on my gums, but I put off calling his office for over a year. I’m the type that when the dentist asks if I’m having any problems with my teeth, I respond back that if I was, he would be the last person I would tell! I finally worked up the nerve and scheduled an appointment. I was so afraid that I almost chose to be put under during the procedure. After talking to a staff member, that had the same work done, I made the choice not to. Having anxiety, Dr. Johnston and the team walked me through the procedure step-by-step putting my mind at ease. I was shocked to never feel any pain during and after. All follow up appointments, I was treated with the same kindness and care. Dr. Johnston gave his advice for any further treatment as if he were talking to a family member which, I really appreciated. I highly recommend him and his team! Julie Sombrio

I was referred here by my family dentist for special gum care & cleaning. I alternate between my dentist & this place every 3 months. It has absolutely been a good add to my dental hygiene. My gum disease is stable, the office is well staffed and organized. Staff seems knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you’ve been diagnosed with gum disease or other related issues.

This place gets 0 stars if I could. This place gave me so many bad experience starting with the front desk. After a few appointments, I met a hygienist that was actually good, she worked on me two or three times. The only one who’s good there. She ended up leaving and opened her own practice with her husband, I wished I knew where. We’ll, they failed to tell me before I went into my last appointment. I tried it and it was again mediocre, the front desks people are always rude and speaks as if they look down on me, because I’m a minority. If you don’t know anything about business, you should treat all people the same, no matter what they look like. I get a rude welcoming every time or as if they don’t see me. I get there before everyone and get in last? The last draw is when I called 96 hours prior to my appointment to cancel and reschedule yet still get charge $50 for a miss appointment? This place is bias, a crook who cares only about taking your money. I come in every 3 months for my dental care and spends thousands because I pay cash. I will take my money to a better business who understands customer service.

Terrible place who looks down on minorities. Place full of attitudes at the front desk. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy. I called twice 4 days and 3 days prior left a message both times, that I could not make my appointment. It was a holiday and they were closed. The front desks argues and said that’s not 48 hours? How is 4 days not more than 48hours? Then she argues that the message didn’t have a reason for not making the appointment? Why do I need to give you a reason? This is a place of business not high school. The front desks girl is rude, obnoxious and doesn’t care about her job. This place is so fake and has fake 5 star reviews. They are a scam! Charging me a fee for missing my appointment? I will gladly pay if I didn’t call outside the policy of 48 hours. Because I did call 96 hours prior and cancelled and for them to charge me is absurd! They could take my 50 dollars. I will not return. Seems like they are busy enough for any business.

This place was horrible. I visited them Nov-Dec 2023. I have a huge fear of the dentist and had to have a tooth scaling and was supposed to have 2 teeth pulled and an implant put in. This place was recommended because they have a outsude service that offers anesthesia. After my inittial visit I scheduled to have all procedures done at once. The anesthesia service called me and they were rude and told me to stop taking my blood pressure medications with no explaination. They proceeded to tell me if I didn't it could cause death and that's it. I called Chandler Implants back and told them I do not trust this service and we would need to find another option. The head Dr at first then refused to now do my procedure due to my fear and again was extremely rude. They then offered to try the scaling with additional novacaine and in 4 sessions to see if that worked. I was able to tolorate it. After this I still had one tooth that needed to be pulled immediately as it was severly infected. I came in to have it pulled and someone came in to draw my blood, I asked why the blood draw and she could not give me an explaination. Finally the Dr gave her something to tell me. I was THOUSANDS of dollars in at this point. I was over the rudeness and decided this was it for me and I would go elsewhere to have the other tooth pulled and implant done. A YEAR later they are trying to come after me for another almost $300 which is INSANE! I am refusing to pay. My gums on one side of my mouth were lasered back way too far for the scaling which is now requiring more work to fix. The staff was more interested in filming promotional videos every time I walked rather then putting in proper time and care with their patients. Absolutely horrible experience, especially for someone who avoided the dentist for years due to fear. The definately did NOT help with that. ***** In response to your response my last visit was in Jan of this year. You just within the last month started sending me a balance due notice with no bill, no explaination as if i am just supposed to blindly pay a bill I knew nothing about 10 months later when every other time I paid at my visit. My insurance has not changed and I will be calling you. The link you sent to pay the "outstnding" balance just takes me to a list of the ridiculous amount of money I have already paid for one tooth pull (the tooth was so loose I could have pulled it myself) and a teeth scaling. Between what I have paid out of pocket and whatever you have billed my insurance yes it's THOUNSANDS. I alone paid around $1,500 already out of pocket. Why would I blindly pay a balance with no bill and no explanation 10 month later. Every other time I have paid at the visit. Seems odd if you ask me *****
