I got a discount letter in the mail from these people. Debated it but when I saw these reviews, I chose not too. You lose new patients when you aren’t maintaining good credibility within the community. Good luck.

Customer services is terrible. Payments have been going “missing” MULTIPLE times throughout my entire treatment here. “Dr.Shrager” has no kinds of sympathy or caring for her patients. About a year ago we paid cash 500 dollars to one of the men at the front desk.. to not only find out later that he was fired for stealing money and our entire payment had just disappeared. We let it fly by fast forward to just last month.. we were charged a reactivation fee for 950 dollars because we had missed a few appointments. Ok that’s fine, but what the finance lady told us was that we had nothing left to pay BUT that 950 and we had 3 appointments left that we would have to pay 316 for the remaining appointments. Now we’re at my second to last appointment and they’re saying my account balance is 1095 dollars. We explained to another lady at the front desk what happened last appointment just for her to inform us that ANOTHER lady had been fired for stealing peoples credits card,s, cash, every form of payment. We came prepared to pay 300 dollars today just for them to tell us I cannot be treated because the price has suddenly changed for the 4th time. Do not trust this company as we aren’t the only ones this happened to. Even every lady at that front desk said Dr.Sharger does not care about her patients. They also bribe they’re employees by giving out gift cards to cover up all these terrible reviews.

Today I was at my son's last appointment, and they tried to charge me 500 something, when I only owed 286, these people are really robbing everyone. My daughter did the last payment yesterday, is the only place she gave her card information yesterday n today she don't saw the payment pending but we saw someone use her information to buy food in Raleigh, we don't even live in Raleigh , so yall becarfull w the card information.

This is the worst place to have braces on. There is always different works every time to go. They are always canceling appointments and just rescheduling them on their own. Then the worst part is that I was taking my son to his last appointment to get the braces off and to pay my final payment of 294 they said I have to pay 1266 in order for him to have them removed. The dentist decided she wanted to charge me to have the removed now and pay extra for a retainer when all this is in the original contract and included in the original amount of 4838. This place is a joke!!! Stay away and icing on the top they are refusing to give me a copy of the dental records. Also I’m not the only one this has happened too. And they refuse to take his braces off unless I pay 1266!!!!!!

They do a lot of upselling here and refuse to give you the product you ask for (they will only sell you some upselled version you didnt ask for, which can costs multiple times as much). Go elsewhere.
