*long review but worth reading, if you are considering taking your child to this practice or if you are considering employment at this office* —In my opinion, the doctor is very scatterbrained & it is visible to patients/staff. —From what I’ve seen, the office is very unorganized. —Gimmicks. I have overheard “I will give you a $50 credit to leave a good review. I can’t tell you what to say but…” being said. (It is my belief that a good business will survive without a gimmick) —Some patients have exceeded estimated treatment time —A few patient have complained about not being happy with final treatment. (I don’t like my bite or this tooth.) —Patient notes/records are not completed or maintained. —Sterilization was in chaos. I’ve seen dirty/unsterile instruments mixed with clean instruments. —Single use iTero tips are being reused on patients —The doctor cross contaminates (I’ve seen dirty gloves go into clean cabinets or touch drawer handles. I’ve seen something that was placed inside of a patients mouth be placed back into a container with other things.) —Lack of communication between Dr & staff but, most importantly- the Dr & patients. —I’ve been informed, for Medicaid patients “try to push out their appointments, so that we can get them to 23 visits.. even if they are done with treatment” For prospective employees: Get everything in writing like I have. As a contractor, I was given the run around about payment. I worked & was told that I would receive payment that day- (but, had to go through hurdles to get payment) I am in awe of the lack of professionalism & the doctors “do not contact me” attitude when the unprofessionalism & backbiting was addressed. I was given an attitude & a snarky rebuttal when inquiring about her lack of communication/payment. (All in which are documented) *This is all from personal experience. This has been written without malice. I do not wish ill on the business but, felt inclined to share my poor experience. More could have been written about my horrific experience & what I’ve noticed* ****Please do your research and make your own informed decision****
Just finished my 24-month treatment and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Shrager and her staff are the best. She always greets me with a smile and she and her staff make sure I understand every step in the process. I am a very satisfied customer.

Staff is very friendly, and they are very must understand , and dr shrager she’s wonderful , great personality. And a very uplifting spirit. I will recommend a 10 out of 10.
Bad communication, at my previous visit they told me they take my braces off at my next visit. I show up early to my appointment for another new employee remind you of all the people that has been through the front desk since October 2023. I have automatic payments coming out of 150 each month. To tell me since my account is not 600 or less they will not take my braces off. Not once was that communicated. Don’t come here high turn over with assistants and front desk!
Very professional and nice. The Dr amd hygienist are extremely thorough on explaining options and issues. It's always a pleasant experience each time I visit the Banford office!!
