I can't say enough good things about Dr. Champagne and the entire team at Champagne Smiles! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very comfortable. Dr. Champagne took the time to explain every step of my procedure and answered all my questions in a way that made me feel confident and informed. I have been coming here for a few years. Have had a decent experience up until today. I had a tooth that had a cavity where the old filling fell out. I was told I needed a crown. Go back and get the work done and they fit me with a temporary crown. A few days later the temporary fell out. I went back and they had my permanent crown ready. I get it done and have been in pain ever since. Can’t chew on the left side of my mouth. Go back in today because I’m in pain. Dr. Champagne said they have notes in the system that I had pain in my tooth from previous visits, which I never had or said. I felt as though they were putting words in my mouth and this is unethical. When I questioned him on his work and why I still had pain, he got very defensive and told me that there was a fracture in my tooth (which he had never mentioned before) and it was not him that did it. He acted like a 2 year old. He always seemed so phony to me and I never liked him. I know a previous employee of his and have heard other similar stories. All I can say is beware.

I've been a patient of Dr Champagne and Dr Bishari for over 15 years. One of the best things about Dr. Champagne's practice is their team approach. I moved to Delaware 5 years ago. I now drive 3 1/2 hours to see Dr. Champagne and his professional team. Best practice ever! Tanya Andersen
