Dr Hsiao was excellent. A calm and clean environment. She communicated with me during every step of the procedure, making sure I was okay and not in too much pain. I love this dentist and staff. I am so comfortable when I am there.

Although going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, Dr. Chaiwing made it a breeze! Her kindness and expertise made the process much easier. The quality of her work, her positive attitude and the way she handled things was VERY impressive. I highly recommend this place!!

Hey everyone I met Dr Hsiao in the year 2023. and it is now August 2024. I am a veteran From United States Army. And when I met her, I didn’t know what to expect because I don’t let everyone work on me. However, when I met her, she was very warm pleasant and made me feel as I knew her for a long time, actually like a friend, and then she changed the dial and treated me like a patient however, her demeanor did not change. And I was very comfortable with what she did for me medically. and her staff I can’t say enough about. It was actually a family environment without the food. Now fast-forward, I had to find someone to do my daughter and I referred my daughter to her also She treated my daughter, as if she was her little sister. Although my daughter And I had to pay out-of-pocket, which was OK because you get what you paid for however, when I did pay out-of-pocket, the insurance company did reimburse me in full!! and I thank Dr Hsiao, wonderful staff/office manager for showing me how the process work. And the process was very simple. You just had to wait for the insurance company and that did not take long at all. And I’m not just saying this and I usually don’t do reviews, but I truly, and honestly believe they deserves Credit were credit is due . Because we’re so easily in this world today to tell people what they do wrong and what they don’t do right. So yes, I am OK with my money I received back however I believe that I form not only a doctor patient relationship but also a family friend relationship that goes beyond words and I would also refer my family and friends to her also so God bless you all peace Thanks Doc

Dr Hsiao and her staff were absolutely Wonderful! I had such a fear from a prior root canal when I was younger. They put me at ease and made this root canal pain free. I was even feeling great the next day. I highly recommend her!

I went to get a root canal.The staff were super friendly and the Dr Hsiao was amazing. She listened to my concerns and I felt comfortable with our dialog. I am completely satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend her for any dental service needed.
