They are excellent! I am a new patient (& had a broken tooth)-they got me in as quickly as they could. I felt very comfortable with all of the staff & they were excellent at telling me what was happening. This snowbird has found her new dentist/dental office!

This is a great practice! I have been going to this location for 23 years. Everyone who works there is very friendly and personable. I take my two young kids here and they are great with interacting with them and making my kids feel comfortable. Their appointments are on time, so you are never left waiting in the lobby long. They went through a lot of dentists in the last few years, but the current dentist has been there for my last few appointments and is the most thorough one I have had.

Did not receive what I would consider a reasonable standard of care at this office - leading to missed work, unforeseen expenses, unnecessary pain, and simply wasted time. The front office staff and hygienists are great, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. I had a filling done here on what turned out to be my wisdom tooth and essentially they drilled too deep, causing the filling to contact an exposed nerve. This created excessive sensitivity and pain that I brought to the dentist’s attention roughly 3 weeks after the procedure. During this visit I was told in a very condescending way by the dentist that this was all normal to feel. No X-rays were taken to rule out any abnormalities. The dentist lectured me on how I was already told to expect this on the day of the procedure, insinuating that it was highly unnecessary for me to have even come in. I’ve had my share of much more severe dental/oral work so I have a pretty good baseline of what feels normal. After this visit I sucked it up and just convinced myself it would eventually go away. The pain persisted and grew more intense, having to endure it during a vacation to Europe. Now about 2.5 months post procedure I contacted the office again, hoping they would now take me seriously. They referred me to an endodontist, stating that they would be best equipped to assist. I questioned this decision, as they had not even taken a X-ray of the area yet to determine what the issue is. They insisted the specialist was my best option. I paid $200 out of pocket to go have the endodontist take images of my mouth. The endodontist immediately saw on the most basic X-ray that the filling was contacting my nerve. He confirmed that the dentist office would have been able to take the exact same image and see what he is seeing. $200 dollars I paid for this. Being a wisdom tooth a root canal does not make sense, so extraction was the next step. This required me to go to another specialist, an oral surgeon. Another consultation fee over $100. The oral surgeon immediately sees that my sinus cavity above the tooth is enlarged and the nerve is inflamed due to the improperly placed filling. This has been my worst healthcare experience to date and I cannot recommend this office for anything other than basic cleanings.

The staff was helpful and courteous. They got me in right away. They did a thorough exam and x-rays and put together a treatment plan. The whole process was very efficient.
