Central Ohio Endodontics

This wasn’t was first time at COE. But it’s always such an amazing experience as soon as I walk through the door. The energy is positive and upbeat ! The staff are caring and compassionate! Dr. Ryan Pasiewicz is great at what he does! He’s skilled , funny, comforting and from what I hear a great dad/husband! Thanks so much for getting me in and being as friendly as possible. It makes getting work done worth it!

I was extremely pleased with my experience. I had a terrible tooth ache and was able to schedule a root canal on the same day. The care was top notch. The receptionist, dental assistant and endodontist, all were very customer focused. Follow up was outstanding as I got a call from the endodontist the next morning just as I needed some guidance on medication. (I wasn't sure if I needed to take pain medication if there was no pain.)

“Root canal” and “good experience” are rarely used in the same sentence, but I had an exceptionally good experience with Dr. Smith and his team who gave me my first-ever root canal. On time, painless and a good outcome. Dr. Smith was fast but didn’t move so quickly that he didn’t have time to explain what was coming or to answer questions. While the procedure went well, I’m hoping not to repeat it. But if I ever need another root canal, I will seek out Dr. Smith again. In my view, he’s a top-flight practitioner!

The long and short is that Dr. Menke and the assistant he had whose name I regretfully do not recall are wonderful. I could not have asked for more and you will not regret going with this practice! The long of it is that I am an extremely anxious dental patient. I needed potentially 2 root canals and was referred to Dr. Menke by my dentist to take a look and do whatever work needed to be done. From the receptionist to the endodontist himself, everyone at the office was EXTREMELY kind, patient, and understanding with me and my over-the-top nervousness. That alone helps so much when you have severe dental anxiety. The assistant was such a gem. She was so sweet, talked me through everything, reassured me, kept checking in with me, and looked after me after I minorly freaked out during the root canal. Dr. Menke was so nice, explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and even ended up advising that the second questionable tooth could likely just have a filling instead of a root canal. So no fears here about extraneous work being done when it's not necessary! Dr. Menke was very gentle and reassuring, and after everything was done and made sure I felt fully prepared for what to expect after the appointment and next steps. After my procedure, Dr. Menke himself called me to check on me the next day, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. Long story long, if you have dental anxiety, you could truly not ask for a better experience than what I received at Central Ohio Endodontics with Dr. Menke. I wish I could give more stars!

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Ryan Pasiewicz listened as I explained my situation and “fear of the dentist chair”. He took the time to thoroughly examine my tooth and develop a plan that worked for me. I highly recommend the team at COE!

As many others have said, this is an excellent choice! Extremely professional staff. As far as this type of treatment goes, could not have been done any better. Staff was very friendly and extremely professional. Dr. Me me and his assistant were very helpful and also took the time to explain things step-by-step. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Menke called me the next day to check and see how I was doing. I would highly recommend.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The doctor was able to squeeze me in and he was Very thorough explaining everything he was doing. The procedure was very smooth and I had no pain at all. Incredibly happy with everything.
