I have been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years, and now my adult children go here as well! The office is always impeccably clean, professional, and equipped with the latest technology. The hygienists are thorough, and I’m particular about my cleanings, so I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Every hygienist is equally skilled and knowledgeable, which makes every visit smooth and consistent. My dentist here is absolutely amazing. He has always been gentle and understanding, especially during times when I was nervous about a visit or procedure. His calm demeanor truly puts you at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. I regularly recommend them to friends and family—this place is simply the best!

Service was so so. not impressive. but environment is quite and clean. My hygienist was so great. But i absolutely didn’t like Dr.Wendy song. I am a physician also, but didn’t found her being so patient friendly tbh. I feel like she is always in a rush while doing procedure. Hope they improve in future.

Great experience with awesome advice on how to keep my teeth healthy. The admistrators at the front desk was very friendly. Every dentist can not go in my mouth without making me choke. This dentist knew what they were doing. It went perfect

The practice obviously overbooked appointments, then tried use the excuse that my husband's routine exam and cleaning wouldn't be covered under his insurance because he'd had a visit too recently. We hadn't been in over a year and he also has a new plan. To learn all this, I was put on hold for half an hour. My husband had already rearranged his work schedule specifically for the appointment. We weren't given the typical 24 hour cancellation notice that practices usually require patients to provide--they called 5 hours beforehand. We're looking for another practice. Disappointing, because otherwise the service is good.

Dr. Wendy Song, Dr. Turner, and the whole entire team are totally amazing. I have been using City Dental for over 10 years and would highly recommend to anyone looking for highly skilled, caring, efficient, and professional dental practice and services.
