Dr. Barakat is a warm and diligent Dentist that really took his time and discussed the options of my care with me. I have never felt rushed or like a number to him and his staff. Him and his team are kind and professional without being cold. I would highly recommend their care for you and your family.

A very frustrating and underwhelming first (and last) appointment. I was told I was scheduled for a 9am appointment. When I showed up at 855am, the doors were still locked, and no one was on site. Finally, someone showed up at 905am to let myself and another waiting patient in. The girl had to unlock the doors, turn off the alarm system, turn on all the lights, etc. She addressed the man first and then asked if I had an appointment. I had set something up a week and a half ago, but apparently, they never scheduled it (even though the email correspondence said otherwise). The doctor strolled in at 915am, so even if my appointment was correclty scheduled, I would have already been waiting at least 20 minutes. I spent almost 2 hours in that office. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. If there is a mix-up, you need to communicate with your patients.

I was recently treated at this office and I was very impressed on the treatment i received. The dentist and staff was very pleasant and put me at ease. I was seen as a walk -in. I would recommend and plan to comtinue my services with this office.

The environment was clean and comfortable, with modern equipment. I also appreciated how they value punctuality; I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Doctor was not introduced to me, did not introduce himself, nor did the hygienist. Factory line, impersonal, cold appointment where I could have been cattle or I could have been the queen of England and it wouldn't have mattered either way. Fair enough, it's a business. Did the x-rays no problems. So...If you are asking me for 2.5k for cavities...you can afford to be kind. I cried quietly after hearing the price...no one even offered me a simple kleenex. This was not a dramatic display, I just...was frustrated that I let my teeth get that bad. Completely impersonal and felt bad existing here. Would rather hand over my hard earned savings to someone that won't make me feel like that. Or who...at least...was introduced to me at all.
