We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE our experience at Caswell Orthodontics! Three of our family members have been treated by Dr. Caswell, so we have been in and out of their offices for almost 3 years. I honestly cannot think of one appointment where I have not been impressed by the professionalism and positive energy by every staff member we have encountered. You can really tell employees enjoy working here, because I always leave our appointments feeling energized by the vibe! My only complaint is that parking can be a pain. We started off at their Ward location, but the tiny lot under the building did not always have a space to accommodate us and parking became too stressful, so we switched to the Kahala location, even though it’s an extra bit of driving. The office is right next to the Kahala Mall, so there is more parking available.

Everyone at Caswell Orthodontics is amazing. The different offices are conveniently located and scheduling is a breeze. Caswell Orthodontics is by far the best!

I’ve waited a year + to write this … A couple more months until the end of my treatment & I will say this place is the best ! From the customer service to the treatments, everything has been top tier. I can not recall ONE bad experience. Literally not one. I can honestly say this is the most professional facility I’ve been to. Every medical clinic, dentist, & orthodontist should take notes !!! If you’re looking for a great orthodontist this is your place I promise !

Dr. Caswell and team provide friendly, outstanding care and makes us feel welcomed at every visit. I always receive clear communication regarding treatment. There are multiple offices to serve patients, so we are able to schedule visits closer to school, home and work, which makes it convenient for our family to make appointments. Most importantly, Dr. Caswell is current on the latest orthodontic treatment which makes the experience for my children so much better and less stressful than when I had my own treatment decades ago.

I started Invisalign a little over six months ago. I could not be happier with the results. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Offices are nice and clean. I had a consultation with another orthodontist prior to going to Caswell and they said that my treatment was not possible with Invisalign. I’m so happy that I got a second opinion. As a working professional, wired braces were just not something I wanted. Not only that but the pricing was better at Caswell Orthodontics. As a mother myself with a super demanding job, I personally wouldn’t expect Dr.Caswell to be at every one of my consultations, as she has multiple offices and plenty of professional competent staff. But she has been at every visit I’ve had and always makes me feel important. I couldn’t possibly sing enough praises about her and her team. When I went in for my dental cleaning my dentist was so impressed by the work that they had done. Choosing Caswell Orthodontics was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
