The people are very friendly and professional. I've never had a bad experience there. You can tell they care about their patients. Emily, the dental assistant is very helpful when it comes to keeping me calm and comfortable during long procedures. Dr. Kim is the best dentist I've ever gone to.

Take your money, business, insurance and family in the complete opposite direction of this place. The dentist and nurses are great, however you must first deal with the most rude, poorly trained, unpleasant and dishonest front desk staff workers. The front desk will ignore you, totally disregard your questions and even provide attitude for no apparent reason. I am completely shocked how this business even stays in administrative operation. I have had multiple negative interactions with the front desk in a short time. I am unsure whether the business leadership is aware or not, because it seems as though that behavior is fully accepted. Most recently I was provided my estimate of services prior to procedure (which was signed). When I get to the front to pay my balance, I was informed the price was almost tripled and they could not explain why this occurred. The front desk rep then informed me that they did not have an explanation and that I could not have an itemized bill nor have the bill mailed. When I asked how the estimate could change in less than an hour, I was provided with no explanation.

So far I’ve been here three times. Twice for a cleaning and once for a filling. Very pleasant staff and hygienists and Dr. Kim is very efficient and good at putting you at ease.

All was perfect. Shannon cleaned my teeth, advised me to brush 2 minutes twice a day, and gave me a little bag of samples. Next appointment three months.

The service was amazing until I was told the out of pocket price. I shop around so I knew they doubled the price for braces and when I stated that everyone was at a loss. S/o to Perfect Smile! If you are looking for a highly rated, affordable orthodontist Perfect Smile is the place.
