if I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst example of quality or compassionate medical care. I feel sorry for anyone who is limited by their insurance or lack of insurance to have to select a place like this. The front desk staff are rude and dismissive. Today, I've been waiting an hour for my appt and they have no idea when it will happen. I'm back today because I booked a routine cleaning last week and they confirmed the time on the phone and by text. I arrived and they confirmed I was in for a teeth cleaning. They took X-rays, had the actual dentist come in to look at my teeth. And then someone came in to walk me back to the front to review lots of recommendations to upsell unnecessary services. I let them know I haven't had my cleaning yet. After taking hours off work and being there an hour, and after four staff members agreed I was in for a cleaning, using my insurance benefit to cover the new patient x-rays so I can't start with a new dentist, they said their one and only dental hygienist wasn't in that day and I had to reschedule.

Their Orthodontic is a very good person but I believe that if you have a toothache don’t just take their advice because they may send you a guy in the downtown that’s very expensive whom his job is root canal. However, they advised me to pull out a tooth or do a root canal. When I did a root canal for one tooth, I went to another dentist for advice and they said that I need a simple filling and no need for a root canal for the other two teeth.

It appears this establishment will overcharge you for services that shouldn't be charged. After the call I just encountered, not sure if they will be totally honest with prices. After reading the reviews, I see my speculation was correct. This place is a JOKE!! Seriously, do not waste your time going here!!! I will be contacting Corporate. This Mickey Mouse organization you all are running needs to do better

I was misled by this office. I was refererred them by the Castle Dental office I went to before that had closed. I called in to ask for a cleaning. I drove 45 minutes each way, and they only took xrays, which I did not want, and i expressed this at the beginning of my visit. They did not clean my teeth, they said i would have to come back again because their hygenist wasnt there. I wasted 3 hours of my life for nothing. I still need my teeth cleaned, and I don't have another 3 hours to waste. I do not recommend this office.

My first visit with Dr. Townes was excellent! I felt comfortable enough to ask all my questions and Dr. Townes was able to confidently answer them! The staff has great energy and they were kind enough to accommodate my crazy schedule! Thank you so much again! See you soon!

I am a returning patient and I specifically chose to come back to this location after four years. They are my dentist and my ortho specialist and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Great staff, always friendly and provides a great laugh. My dentist is amazing and would recommend anyone to go!

Easy to set an appointment online. Dr. Townes was amazing explaining everything to me, and taking the time to make sure I was comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the positive experience.

I’ve been going to Castle Dental on Nolensville rd for several years now for my cleanings and every visit has been a good experience. Only one hiccup was when they put me off for a year when they couldn’t find a permanent hygienist. Other than that it’s all been good. Staff is always super friendly, too. 👍😊

I went to this place to have one tooth extracted for $489. The dentist tried twice on separate days but couldn’t remove it because the tooth was infected. After all that pain, they told me they couldn’t proceed and go to a specialist. At first, they said they would refund $345, but then changed it to $270, claiming it would take 5-7 business days. It’s been almost a month, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve gone back multiple times, wasting my time, only to be met with a different excuse each time. I believe this place is a scam—they take your money upfront without delivering proper treatment. The dentists lack professionalism, and I strongly advise against going to this so-called clinic
