Just want to thank Cash Orthodontics! My daughters had an unusual situation because they got braces while living overseas. Cash was the only orthodontist I could find who would easily continue their care. Thank you for being willing to work with our special case without stress and a big hassle. Their teeth were very crooked and now look beautiful!

Everyone at Cash Ortho is amazing. During this two year process they were always nice and welcoming. Mariah is the absolute best. She is always so positive and bubbly she makes having braces as an adult something to be proud of instead of being embarrassed about them. I have had braces since February 1st 2023 and the most comfortable at every visit. My teeth were very crooked and I have an overbite with crowding. After 5 months I already have noticed a huge difference. My teeth are straight and my overbite is getting a lot better. I have a phobia with teeth and mouths, but the environment is very friendly and reassuring. I had TMJ from the overcrowding of the bottom teeth and I have not had any pain after just two months of treatment. Thank you so much you all are amazing!

After careful research and meeting with 5 other Orthodontists, we were very uneasy about entrusting anyone at all with my daughter’s orthodontic care. Finally I asked a friend in a Springfield dental office her recommendation and without hesitation she referred us to Cash Family Orthodontics. At our initial meeting with Dr Tara, my teenage daughter and I were both so impressed with Dr Cash and the staff, that we decided to proceed that very day with having her braces put on. That was 2 1/2 years ago and as of yesterday her braces are off and retainers placed. I have never seen my daughter happier! She still can not stop looking in the mirror and grinning ear to ear. The 2 hour drive each way for appointments was by far worth the outstanding results and comfort knowing she was getting the best care possible. I am a person who carefully researches and asks MANY questions. At Cash Family, my questions and concerns were always well received, which says a lot in my book. They were also always addressed in a satisfactory manner. Dr Cash and the staff are clearly very knowledgeable, professional, personable and detail oriented about the quality service they provide. I am truly appreciative and highly recommend them.

Absolutely would recommend if you’re needing braces! The staff is so friendly and always did a good job. The appointments were always quick, & I never waited more than a couple minutes in the waiting room before they called me back. Dr. Tara is very friendly & always answered any questions I had. They’re awesome!
