Needed an appointment for removing a screw and implant post - something my regular dentist was unable to do. I got an appointment for the next day. Friendly staff, they all seemed to enjoy working together. Natalia, the wonderful hygienist said Dr Kofford was the “screw whisperer” and she was right. He managed to get that stubborn piece out. I had told him he looked just like the website picture and he and Natalia said I should say that in my review -so here it is. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lim was very thorough inspecting my teeth as a new patient. The impressions went very smoothly and I’ll have my implant crowns before the end of the month. Also, I have to mention my case manager Laurie. Her explanation of the charges and overall process was very clear and she was very efficient setting my follow up appointments. Laurie is one of your best assets and just one of the reasons I’m happy to be a new patient there.

The expertise and almost more so the superior ability to be open to hear hear personal challenges I've experienced along the way not reflecting the gift of receiving wisdom and as noted Superior clinical expertise. Those two things woven together. Keep me coming back and willing to drive 3 hours to get there. It's worth it

The Reception Area Staff are topnotch with friendliness and knowledge of procedure costs and insurance payments. The Dental Staff are very competent with the procedures performed and make the patient feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Kofford really cares about his patients, which is reflected with his dental expertise, his advice regarding procedures, and soothing manner. Cary Prosthodontics is a 5-Star Dental Practice!

Dr. Kofford and staff are top notch. It’s been 6 months since my dental implant crowns were put in. Really love how they do “trial” temporary crowns so you can see how they will look before permanents are placed. They were so patient with me even though I was picky. In the end I’m very happy with how they turned out cosmetically. Thank you!

Love coming here, they are busy and for a good reason!! Brittany is absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Dr Kofford is one of a kind and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental work. What a great team, from the friendly faces up front to the care Laurie takes with her patients. Natalia is a bright light and you can tell the new doctors will fit in just fine :) this is a great team and a jewel of a practice. Wonderful people who truly care about their patients!
