My experience is really good! The braces are good and there are good colors to choose from. This is really helpful for my teeth and I can’t wait to see the final result.

Despite all the 5 starts reviews, our experience with this orthodontic practice was beyond disappointing. From the moment we stepped through the door, it felt like we were walking into a blaming environment, where any issue was automatically deemed to be our fault. More effort was spent trying to shift blame onto my daughter than on providing adequate treatment. What frustrated us the most was the lack of transparency regarding any potential issues during treatment. We were kept in the dark until it was time to end treatment, and suddenly everything was our fault. The outcome was far from satisfactory, and instead of addressing the concerns, the focus shifted to placing blame squarely on us. To add insult to injury, when my wife posted a negative review detailing our experience, the response from the practice was nothing short of lip service. They promised to investigate, but unsurprisingly, nothing came of it. Even when we requested the removal of attachments that should have been taken care of during treatment, they attempted to make it seem as if it was our preference. Now, my daughter is left with incomplete treatment, still sporting attachments on her teeth. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the practice, promises of callbacks from the doctor have gone unfulfilled. It's evident that patient care and accountability are sorely lacking here. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money by seeking orthodontic care elsewhere. This practice falls short in every aspect of professionalism and patient care

They are the best!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter looks forward to her appointments and she is very happy with her removable expander! It was fun for her to choose the color of the expander and have that option.

This place is wonderful! It’s clean, bright, friendly and quick. We rarely wait long. The treatment is clearly described and explained. You won’t regret choice this practice
