Great experience from start to finish! The front office girls were very friendly and helpful with checking me in and explaining the paperwork, the assistants were kind and prompt with getting me back in a timely matter. Dr.Carpenter is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the entire process and answering any of my questions I had. I would recommend for all your orthodontic needs!

I was referred to Carpenter Orthoproducts by a friend who said they were the best option for braces, and we had planned to start the process together after her consultation. However, my experience there was unpleasant, mainly due to the lack of empathy, particularly from the woman at the front desk. She had a rude, confrontational attitude, almost as if she was looking for an argument. Her behavior made me reconsider doing business with this place. Empathy is crucial for running a successful business—you never know what someone might be going through. Both my friend and I are done with this place, and I definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone. It’s important to support businesses that show care and understanding.

I was recommended this dentist by a friend, and he did not disappoint. Friendly staff and great manner. Reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and so will my entire family of 6!

Being in this office was a strange experience. The first thing the guy at the front desk said was "What kind of insurance do you have?" Not "how are you", or "hello", just "what kind of insurance do you have?" Dr Carpenter tore the tendon in my granddaughters upper lip with his careless examination. It was a very painful injury that took over 2 weeks to heal. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Also I've noticed that they reply to- negative reviews claiming that you've got the wrong office, or they get removed.

I’m so grateful for the wonderful staff, Dr. Carpenter and the awesome services they provide for me and my family. If you are looking for a dental office that truly cares about your health and wellbeing this is the place you need to go for the long term. Thank you so much!!
