Dr Yu was terrific as usual very patient and accommodating. Also Monica, the office manager helped me through insurance procedures. She was also terrific. I walked out of there with a smile.

Carp Dental is the best. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very professional. The environment is well-maintained and clean. My hygienist, explained everything as we went along through the process, made offers for services without any pressure and left the decision up to me, and insured that I had information For months from now to follow up for an appointment. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This is not fair. I was charged $73.00 for cleaning today. I was never informed that my insurance won't cover for this visit and only after I got my cleaning done, I came to know about this. This is not an ethical practice to do. Money is the only motivation here. I am taking my care to some where else. Thanks!

Had a root canal done by Dr. Lima, she couldn’t have been more professional and more understanding of My concerns with the procedure. Experienced zero pain and nothing but top shelf customer service. 100% recommend!

New to the practice today. What a wonderful office! From start to finish, check-in and check-out staff, Lynn my hygienist, and Dr. Cao were friendly, professional, skilled, and took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explain procedures and management plans. Couldn’t have asked for more! I’ll definitely recommend the practice to others. Update: 6 month check today. Lynn again showed excellent skill, knowledge, and care for all my concerns. I have recommended my family!
