From Heather at the front desk to Ashleigh, Surgical Assistant to Dr. Perry, Amazing group of people! Ten Stars!! Great at what they do! I was a walk in. Heather treated me like I was a family member! They are an incredible group of people that treat each other with kindness, respect, definitely a team mind set! This was the most positive dental experience I've ever had! Ashleigh explained every step of the way what Dr. Perry was doing. Took the fear away. She was super kind and caring to me! Dr. Perry's techniques from numbing procedure to extraction are the best! He is also very kind and was very patient with me. I have decided I want all my dental work done here! I will be telling all my family and friends to come here. The two girls at the check out desk, sorry I didn't get your names, you are also amazing! Thank you one and all!

After using this dentist office for 2 years I'm going to take my insurance and business elsewhere. I did dental impressions back in September of 2024. It's now January of 2025 and no one from this office called to let me know that what I ordered has come in. I ordered guards 5 months ago y'all, there is zero excuses, but first sappy excuse was the woman over that department passed away. Ok... nobody took over her job for 5 months? Ridiculous. Waste of money and time if you ask me. It takes 5 seconds to do a follow up when we pay you good money for you to be employed and stay in business. Apology not accepted. The workers would except their service to be great when they need something done, but what about your clients? Refund please. I will waste money on anything else but this sorry place that is somehow still in business. My first appointment ever I waited 4 hours anyway. I should've known better the first time. Service sucks.

Horrible follow-up service! Got a procedure done on Tuesday & needed an adjustment... Waited an hour Thursday & today during my lunch but still didn't get seen. I can't make an appointment because it's an adjustment, so I guess I'll be in pain until I can waste more lunch breaks next week. Absolutely awful 😖

Overall a great experience, I had 4 teeth removed per Orthodontic instruction, in the span of 2 weeks. They numbed me and took the teeth out swiftly without pain and got me out. They constantly checked on me as to how I was doing during the procedure which really helped me to stay comfortable. I have seen a few bad reviews, but my experience has been great and if I ever have to get any other procedures, Carolina Regional would be my #1 choice.

10/10 would definitely recommend. They were great! Got 7 teeth removed and a partial put in. They were very compassionate when it came to pulling the teeth took my pain seriously and had no problem numbing it more. They continued to ask if I was okay with every tooth pulled and adjusted my partial to fit correctly. I was recommended to them by a coworker and it was definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive there! Everything was done in one building and in one visit there was no “ spreading the money” as my uncle says. Grateful to finally be able to open mouth smile
