Carolina Implant

I've had great results with my implant dentures on 6 implants. I haven't had any problems, they fit properly, look great & I get compliments. The team worked with me step by step to get the right look. I would recommend William Daily & Frazier for all your dental needs. The healing process was the only long experience I had to deal with but the end result was all worth it knowing I would have a winning smile ?

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Frazier, Dr. Daily, and all the staff I've been in contact with at Carolina Implant. I came to them after a very rough few weeks after a failed root canal treatment elsewhere followed by sinus issues and then needing to have the tooth extracted. Dr. Daily immediately put me at ease about the extraction and explained things about my situation like no one else had. Dr. Frazier extracted the tooth the following week, and it has been the best experience I could have had for a tooth being pulled. I will be back in a few months for the implant process, and I'm sure it will be seamless then too. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work:)

I got my implant tooth today. This was my first tooth implant experience and I received 5-star service for about half of the cost from Carolina Implant. The whole process was painless and smooth beyond expectation. Dr. Daily and his excellent team took very good care of me. I never thought service like this can be offered with such a reasonable price. But dream does come true sometimes I guess :). Dr. Daily is a very experienced surgeon specialized in tooth implant. After my first visit with him, I can tell that I will be in good hands. Dr. Daily also has an incredible team. His assistant Autum was the best! She was knowledgeable, patient and a great communicator. My anxiety went away immediately after talking to her. The pre-surgery coordinator Michelle was very detailed and nice. She made sure I understand the process and after care instructions. I had 2 surgeries all went very smoothly. The IV sedation specialist Nate was very impressive. He gave the most painless IV sedation that I have ever experienced in 64 years. I did not feel any discomfort at all. I also want to mention the claim coordinator Gidget. My insurance rejected one of the item(D7961) on the claim. I was giving up but she did not. She kept sending data and explaining to the insurance to finally have that item covered. Mucho thanks to Dr. Daily and his dream team. I consider myself very lucky in deed.

Initially, I wasn't satisfied with the placement of my implant by Dr. Daily and reflected that in a 2-star review. However, the Carolina Implant team went above and beyond to address my concerns. They took the time to understand the situation. They spent a full 90 minutes with me, examining images, reviewing my files, and meticulously going through every detail. Dr. Daily himself patiently answered all my questions and outlined a plan to fix the implant, collaborating with my general dentist. I truly appreciate the attentiveness and effort shown by the Carolina Implant team in listening to my concerns and working towards a solution.

Everyone there is friendly and supportive. And I have a beautiful smile ? thanks to Dr Frazier!

This practice is AMAZING—I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! Dr.Daily is incredibly kind and down to earth, as well as the rest of his team. This practice is willing to bend over backwards to help their patients, and they are so passionate about what they do. I will be getting an implant here once I finish orthodontic treatment—their prices are unbeatable and their kindness cannot be matched at any other office. 💗

Best dental office ever. I’ve been helped by all the doctors and many of the assistants and they are all very nice and professional. The dentists take great care of your comfort while they work on your teeth. And the office manager, Tess, is a lovely person who ensures that the business end of things is smooth.

I cannot even imagine going to another dental office. It’s over an hour drive with no traffic but this is by FAR the best office and practice I’ve ever dealt with in my 65 years. Professional- friendly - prompt and so very compassionate. I look forward to my next appointment to finish my implants in 2025. Thank God for these wonderful folks.
