Carolina Braces - North Raleigh

10/10 I was greeted immediately upon walking in. Everyone is so genuinely kind, there was even a dental assistant that came out to get me and help a coworker out just so I didn’t have to wait. I saw Dr Hamilton and I loved her! She was very sweet and professional. She even called back later that evening to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Overall very positive experience and I’m very glad I came here! P.s. they also give a massive amount of free supplies and snacks. :)

I got braces there as a 26 year old adult. I went in for a consultation and left with braces. I did think this was a little fast however the consultation seemed comprehensive and I was well informed. During my treatment it was difficult to schedule visits due to the high volume of the office and they seem to mostly cater to school aged children. My treatment was estimated to be 8 months however it ended up being 1.5 years of traditional braces. I was not happy with the final results as I felt my bite was a little off because during the last few weeks of rubber bands I was constantly biting my cheek and tongue and the teeth that were my concern were not straight however the assistant that day did not allow me to look at my teeth before or even after the braces had come off. I have worn my retainers every night since my treatment as well as gone to the dentist every 6 months. I recently went to another office to ask about the possibility of composite bonding because even with my retainers my teeth are shifting. This office took X-rays of my teeth and informed me that due to my past treatment I now have an open bite fractured teeth from my bite being misaligned and scaring in my mouth from me biting my tongue and cheek so much. I would not recommend this office for adults and even after I have called the office to voice my concerns (before seeking a different provider) I was told we could try Invisalign but it would be full price and they cannot guarantee my teeth will straighten out. I will be moving forward with this other provider because I will have to get braces again to fix my bite as well as composite bonding to fix the fractures caused by the open bite I was left with. On a lighter note the office was always clean and the doctor there was very lovely and had a wonderful welcoming and cheery energy. I wish for this office to be more comprehensive when it comes to smile design for longevity of the teeth and also not to rush clients into braces.

I had my appointment with Danielle today and she was awesome! The pain level that I’m on is a 1 or 2 when I know I should be at a 10. She was very gentle and sweet through out the visit. I loved my experience today. Good job Danielle!

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Service was quick and I appreciated the gift bag filled with goodies. Such a nice gesture! The office space is clean, inviting and nicely decorated. This was the best experience I’ve had at an orthodontist. The process of being seen, was so personable, the staff was so friendly and kind. But also extremely knowledgeable and informative. I also loved that they had the top notch technology in the market. And Mr. Kent seems to be passionate about his service and portrays as an experienced expert. It was an easy YES! I can tell this company is all about community. Looking forward to having a better smile with them:)
