Care For You Dental

I have had a terrible experience with this office. There was a lot of back-and-forth issues with pricing and really painful treatment. Irene the office manager does not recall any conversations she had previously with me and I ended up being charged way more than I was supposed to. I just didn’t feel taken care of and I felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me, especially after I was told it was going to be waived. Hopefully they can do better so more people don’t suffer like I did. Really bad experience.

Felt more judgement than concern from the doctor regarding my dental emergency. Had a tooth in poor shape crack and a loose piece on that tooth and I was concerned about getting an infection if it stayed in there and food gets trapped. Was brushed off and sent away with a prescription for antibiotics and a “shoulda done it sooner” “Its not gonna get any better if we do anything today” type of response from the doctor. To add more context, I had an exam done back in November by Dr Lubna Anwar and she was terribly rough with my teeth/gums, as well as my absessed tooth, after told her it was very sensitive. I went in that day for antibiotics for a tooth infection and left in extreme pain that lasted over a week after the exam. This was my first and last visit to this office until the time this review was written. After this I felt very uncomfortable setting a follow-up appointment here at this practice. All of the rest of the staff I interacted with seemed very friendly, helpful, and professional but I can’t help but feeling that the doctor was shaming me and giving off an awful and condescending negative attitude towards me as patient. She also kept trying to recommend bridges everywhere there was an issue which wouldn’t work at all for me because I need a lot of individual tooth work done. Its should always be a red flag when you make your patients feel uncomfortable and lose doctor/patient trust after the first visit..

This is an edit from my first view on which I gave Care For You Dental a 5 star rating, now I'm giving them a 1 star review.. My husband and I stopped going to this dentist because our teeth would be in more pain AFTER our visit. We switched to a new dentist and that's when we learned we both had both procedures that were incorrectly done. My filling was done WRONG, I have to get an inlay now to fix the problem. They diagnosed my husband with periodontal disease and required him to come in every 4 months for deep cleanings that we had to payout of pocket. We learned from the new dentist, he does NOT have periodontal disease... How come for almost a year, he was being treated for a disease he didn't have? His wisdom tooth was also chipped in the process of one his deep cleanings

My mother in law finished her treatment to replace her dentures and she couldn't be happier! They were very caring and fast. It's amazing how they listened to my mother in law and the care they gave her! She is so happy with her new teeth she cant stop smiling and we are so glad to have found a new dentist for my whole family! Perfect name for the business because they really do care for you.

Been coming to CYD for over a year now & I'm absolutely grateful for finding this place, always such wonderful service from the front desk, to dental assistant's, & of course Dr.Lubna Anwar. Dr. Anwar is always so kind and very knowledgeable, I've gotten two Bridges, multiple crowns done by her and I appreciate how well done her work is. I'm one who isn't a fan of getting dental work done and Dr. Anwar is always so patient with me and keeps me aware of the steps she is taking.
