Capstone Dental Downtown

I’ve been coming to this dental office for a couple of years now, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Every single staff member is incredibly friendly and professional, making each visit a pleasant experience. The care and attention I receive leave me feeling better every time I walk out of the office. From routine cleanings to more complex procedures, I always feel like I’m in great hands. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients’ well-being.

I can’t say enough good things about Capstone Dental and Dr. Barron! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel at home with their warm and non-judgmental approach. Dr. Barron is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, making sure to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her bedside manner is amazing—she genuinely cares about her patients and goes out of her way to make each visit comfortable. The office itself is top-notch, equipped with high-tech tools that make you feel like you’re getting the best care possible. Dr. Snipes and the entire team clearly prioritize their patients’ well-being, and it shows in every aspect of the practice. I might be one of the few but I love going to the dentist, and capstone makes me feel welcomed and safe. They are transparent and honest in their work, and having Annie as my hygienist is great, she gives great maintenance information! Megan in the office is wonderful and really goes above and beyond to explain insurance. Both Dr Barron and Dr Snipes have been awesome in explaining what is needing and how they provide services.

I’m about as anxious as they come as it relates to receiving any type of dental care. I’ve struggled since I was very young. I saw Dr. Barron for an emergency issue when she was at another practice. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Fortunately I found her at Capstone through Google searching and am now a regular patient of hers/Capstone. I can’t say enough great things - from the front office experience, dental hygienists and Dr. Barron. Everything has been top notch! It already feels like I have been a patient at Capstone for years. If you are looking for a great practice, definitely check them out! Don’t let the downtown location/parking deter you. Yes, it is a minor inconvenience, but one that is well worth it (for me at least). They make up for it with advanced technology and treatment plans that minimize the number of visits needed. The staff at Capstone Dental are all very nice and professional. I've been seeing Dr. Snipes for years and he always has cutting edge technologies around imaging and procedure tools. The staff does a great job at explaining what they are looking at and for during cleanings, and how procedures will go if needed. My experiences at Capstone have been extremely positive and I continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone at Capstone dental is always super friendly and they get you in and out quickly. It’s as pleasant of an experience you can get going to the dentist! I’ve been going to the downtown location since 2012 and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
