Their proactive, total pro receptionist helped us get scheduled & then rescheduled — offering us dates & times via text as they came up, until one worked perfectly.The dental hygienist went above and beyond in terms of actual care and thoroughness — so much so that my 14 year-old daughter strongly suspects that all her previous cleanings with a different establishment were rip-offs.I regard an excellent hygienist as worth their weight in gold, so I was glad to hear how amazed my daughter was by the time, attention and effort her teeth were given.

I have been coming to Capitol Hill Seattle Dentist for 10 years. Every single experience has been fantastic. The front office staff are so thoughtful. For example, they texted me this morning for my afternoon appointment to give me a heads up about a lot of road closures nearby that could impact my travel in. They saved me a lot of time and headache! The hygienists are thorough and gentle which makes teeth cleanings a breeze. And the dentist is really great. She explains any recommendations she makes and takes a conservative approach so no one is over treated. Highly recommend this place!

This is the best dentist office ever! I was able to get in on a same day appointment and was treated with so much care. Melinda is such a sweetheart and her knowledge and expertise made booking my appointment really easy for me. Dr. Lao you ROCK!!! I wish I would have found you sooner but now I’m never leaving you. Monique you are a keeper and thank you for taking care of me. You three ladies make up a dream team!!! I am grateful for being apart of your dental family.

I was referred to Seneca Dental by my dentist for excessive gum recession after Invisalign treatment. I had four large areas that needed to have a gum graft, and after visiting another periodontist and getting quoted ~$17K I was hesitant to say the least.But now I have completed 2 out of the 4 gum graft surgeries and couldn't be happier with both the results and cost of the procedures. My procedures were with Dr. Hong and he truly is a perfectionist - which is everything you want from a doctor right? His assistant was also great, checking in to see what my pain levels were etc. Overall a very comfortable experience.TL:DRHighly recommend. Patient care 10/10. Doctor visit 10/10. Cost 10/10Update: 4/4 procedures have now been completed. The latest procedure pictured in the attachment. Obviously a lot of factors play into how good your results will be (age, recovery care etc). But I couldn’t be happier, I received 80-90% coverage in all areas - which is rare to have across all four surgeries, and I attribute it to Dr. Hongs precision. Very greatful for him and his team - including his front of house staff. Thanks again!

I’ve been a patient here since 2017. I left Seattle for a few years and when I returned to this clinic, it felt like visiting old friends. Staff is great. Treat them with kindness respect and they will go above and beyond!!
