Canton Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

First time there my daughter and I was told we both need deep cleaning and crown. I will never go through that again. Went back after 6 months and after the cleaning which I said no to irrigation, my gums were painful and bleeding. They ask twice if I want to schedule my next appointment and I said no twice. Checked my email later and they made appointment anyway in April, I called and cancelled it. Now I have a bill that's questionable. I will not ever go back.

GREAT friendly staff! This week I had probably the BEST teeth cleaning in literally 55+ years. One of my front/lower tooth I thought was permanently damaged due to an accident when I was 10 years old (darkened)-I am elated that the tooth was merely stained. I can’t say enough good things about this office

As much as I loathe turning myself into a “Karen” I ultimately have to resort to this tactic to get a result !!! I want to advise anyone reaching out to Canton Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics to have any work done at their practice!!!! A brief summary of what happened is I have had a full cleaning on both sides and extractions completed, during the cleaning the Dr numbed the wrong side and weeks later almost extracted the wrong tooth !!! I’m a patient man so I was forgiving of those mistakes . As of last week , I received a bill that went into collections, was told Monday it was an error that insurance had already paid , and when I drove there today they told me there’s nothing they can do. The practice was like no other. I feel they have had more than enough time to remedy the situation . If having smoke blown up your rear end is your thing this is the place for you , otherwise I’d strongly recommend a more knowledgeable practice who actually assists patients.

Natalyia, and Dr. Reza Alemzadeh were both great. Dr. was very gentle and thorough. The office was very clean. The office staff were very kind. The wait time to be taken in the back was only 5 minutes. I only gave four stars because it was my 1st visit and I was there for 1.5 hours just doing Xrays, and a treatment plan. I scheduled a cleaning for today but both hygienists were on vacation. I will be seen in a separate visit for a cleaning.

I had an exceptional experience with Cassandra. Cassandra made me feel at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. Her attention to detail and thoroughness during my cleaning were truly impressive. She took the time to explain each step of the process and provided valuable tips for maintaining my dental health. I felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I highly recommend Cassandra to anyone seeking top-notch dental care. ---
