I've visited this dentist office a few times and while the environment is very clean, the overall experience leaves something to be desired. The cleanings don't feel as thorough compared to other places I've been, and the visits often feel rushed, as if the focus is on moving patients through quickly. There's no fluoride varnish applied, and the to-go bags with basic dental essentials are not always provided. Overall, it feels like basic care is provided, but without the extra attention to detail that makes a visit feel more personalized.

Highly recommend this California Dental Group location. Excellent and swift services are provided and the staff are amazing! They make you feel very comfortable at every visit and explain each process you will undergo.

California dental group in Riverside off of third and Chicago. The staff there is so great. So patient and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who is afraid to go to the dentist. You will have a great experience. The doctor is so professional and kind. My son has a seizure disorder & they were really concerned & asking how is was doing. My son said he didn’t feel anything and had no pain during the procedure having his wisdom tooth and another tooth extracted. They really care about their patients. Their prices are fair as well. They also do payment plans for people without insurance. Greatly appreciate finding such a wonderful dentist!

I am very happy with this dentist location and it's staff. Super clean environment and friendly staff. They were quick with the wisdom extraction and the level of pain was almost nothing. Highly recommend :)))

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. My husband went in because he had a tooth abscess. Giselle the manager explained to him his options. He decided to get a tooth extraction because getting an implant would have cost over $4,000+. A tooth extraction with no bone graph alone we were told it was $675 and of course, we HAD no prior knowledge regarding price ranges of a tooth extraction. So $675 compared to thousands of dollars for an implant, we went with that option. Than she offered him their yearly dental plan "Proactive " for a few dollars more and we paid a total of $695 which meant the plan supposedly was $20. But after reviewing the dental plan and the fact that I was charged two separate transactions $400 from their office and $295 from the plan made me realize that the tooth extraction was not $675 like she said and instead it was $400 but she made us believe that so we can pay for the dental plan that was $295 and not $20. I asked for an itemized bill 2xs before the appointment of the tooth extraction, and she refused to give it to me. On the day of the extraction I asked for it again and confronted her to why she said the tooth extraction was $675 when in reality it was $400 and the yearly plan was not $20 and instead it was $295. I asked for a full refund of the plan ($295) and she was hesitant to refund it but eventually did. I guess the 1 star is for their cleanliness because if I can I would rate this place ZERO stars. I can only imagine how many other people she has done this to.
