Caffall Dental Care at Mountain Bridge Dental

Today was my first dental visit in 26 years. I have a few issues including plaque buildup. I was embarrassed coming in because of how long it had been and how bad I had let it get. The staff was amazingly understanding and kind about my situation. I had an awesome cleaning and my teeth look and feel so much better. I'm grateful for not being made to feel guilty and I look forward to my next visit! Thanks for everything!

I can’t say enough nice about the staff at this office. From the time I entered until I left I had nothing but wonderful care. The dentist. Dr. Trevor was wonderful explaining my options. I am more than pleased with the end result, and everything was handled at the office. No waiting for caps to come in. I thought my dentist that retired was wonderful this office has it beat by a mile.

The staff was very friendly. I have UHC and I was told they work well with UHC. I checked the UHC app, out of network! They billed my insurance over a hundred dollars and had me pay almost fifty out of pocket, just for the exam and very laid-back doctor to examine. They recommended an orthodontist, who is out of network and there's one right across their office.
