I recently visited Burns Dentistry and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and the quality of their services. The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Had my new patient appointment today at Burns Dentistry with Briana. She was so knowledgeable and didn’t assume I knew things. She educated me throughout my whole appointment and made sure I understood why things were done. She was gentle and thorough! The entire staff was so kind from the minute I walked in until I checked out. You can tell they have an amazing culture in their office that extends to the treatment of their patients. One of the best dental offices I’ve been to ever.

I had a very good experience today with Dr. Collins and her dental assistant, Amy. They both made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment to remove a cracked molar. They made sure I felt no pain and were both very professional and understanding. I want to thank them, again, for such great customer service. Dr. Collins and Amy were both awesome!!!

Christine is one of the best Hygienist I have ever been to in years. She dies an excellent job on cleaning and a complete examination. They have state of the art equipment which makes a more exact and thorough examination of every tooth in your mouth and they also check fir cancer in your mouth. I am very pleased I found a good dentist office.

From the moment I entered the office, I felt welcomed! I was greeted by Susan, the concierge who knew who I was and thanked me for completing the online forms and made me comfortable while I waited a few minutes for my appointment! I was given a tour of the office and everyone I met along the way.greeted me with a smile and positive attitude! Today was a teeth cleaning/x-ray appointment. I was impressed with Briana as she gave me step by step explanations as she walked me through the process. When it came time to set up my next appointment, I was very impressed by the staff and their enthusiasm in making me feel part of the Burns Dental family! This was a very positive introduction to our new dental team in Sun City!
