I had such a bizarre and out of the blue experience with them. I have never had a negative experience with them until today. I called to schedule an appointment and their response was that I am banned from the practice. They claim that I was making negative comments and was rude to the office staff. I have no idea what they are talking about. I’m never rude to people and definitely wouldn’t have a reason to be at this place. I haven’t even been to their office or talked to them in a year and half. I think they have the wrong person. Now I have to find another endodontist who works with my insurance, and my tooth and jaw pain must wait even longer. I will keep this 1 star review here until they take back what they said and apologize.

My 1st Root Canal Experience with the Office was in October of last year, I was on the verge then of feeling no communication or patient relationships at all during the procedure itself. I thought well, Dr. Simpson is a non talker and goes about his business. 2nd Time around 07/15, chose the Office again, Big Mistake for cost Reasons! Couple injections to get the wisdom tooth numb start drilling into my tooth, and I was still feeling it. I was holding on to the chair and thought the whole time let the time go by fast. Midway through the procedure, he shoves a spatchler looking thing under my tongue, and I started gagging for dear life. There is no communication on his part. We had to stop for a moment, dental Assistant Holly talked to me, not a Word from the Dr. Simpson. I apologized to him, while I was gagging, not a Word on his part. That shows arrogance and ignorance. It's all about business and billing the insurance. 45 minutes later, I was glad to be out of there. Office may be suitable for some, I personally like Lauren Front Desk and Holly the Assistant, but he is by a long shot not my cup of tea as a Dental Professional. He makes you feel like a Nuisance as a Patient. I will never set Foot in this Office again

The Dr. And staff were super friendly and accommodating. My root canal was done perfectly and with great care. Would recommend them highly!

If you need a root canal done this is the place to go. They were very nice and fast. I was in and out and about an hour. I highly recommend them! And best of all they have Saturday hours so I didn't have to take off work.

Mercy, after trying to get in to see a dentist for over a month, I finally reached out to Buckeye - even though they are on the other side of town from me. Totally worth the drive. The office staff is not just competent, but friendly too (which apparently is a rarity in this profession). Dr. Simpson was more of the same. So glad I was able to get in and that they take my impossible insurance. Can’t say I’m totally looking forward to a root canal, but this is the next best thing. Thank you all.

I normally get a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work. Buckeye Endodontics were very patient and explained every step and how the procedure will work. I wish I could remember the lady who helped take my xrays' name, because she was just the kindest and most calmest person ever. She really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and feel less anxiety. The procedure was fairly quick and felt no pain during it so I was very appreciative and thankful for how the numbing process went with Dr Simpson. Overall, great office to get your root canal.

I had root canal done here, doctor and nurse are professional. Their communication and instructions are on time and bang on. I would recommend this one as the time taken and communicate time are accurate. The office is small and clean. Doctor Gregory is very good in treatment.
