This was my first appointment with this clinic and I would highly recommend. Start to finish during my appointment every staff I encountered, from the front-desk, to the staff/assistants who took my radiographs, Dr. Ofoh, and the hygienist Arielle, were extremely kind, accommodating, gentle, and patient with me. The dental discount card I had was giving me issues with the benefits and front staff persistently worked to get it resolved for me which played a critical part in being able to get the care I needed. Additionally, I really appreciated that they worked with my schedule as it is really difficult for me to have availability with my current schedule or plan ahead. Beyond that, I really valued that they prioritized my comfort, financial and physical, every step of the way. They were extremely thorough in explaining my treatment plan and costs, alternative options, and were empathetic, compassionate, and professional. During treatment, I appreciated that both Dr. Ofoh and Arielle frequently stopped to ensure I was comfortable and had appropriate pain control. I am immensely grateful for their kindness in their willingness to stay late to help me get as much done as possible today. Experience in every aspect with them felt like the gold standard of patient care. Thank you all!

I can’t say enough about the employees, they are simply amazing! They are truthful with all information about your dental care needs. The employees show compassion and you can tell they genuinely care for their patients. 10 out of 10 I would recommend Dr. Vera she is so sweet!

Karisa did an good job taking X-rays and making me comfortable.The Dentist explained everything and was very nice.I plan on going back and getting my teeth fixed.

This place is truly awful and they only want your money, my niece is a dental assistant and looked at my quote and saw that they add charges that won’t be covered by insurance so they can make more money. I was quoted $200 for mouth wash as part of my deep cleaning, that wasn’t including the actual cleaning itself just the mouthwash. They claimed to take my insurance but quoted me $3,000 for a root canal and crown when an office that didn’t take my insurance quoted me half the price. When I tried to get my X-rays sent to another office they told me 3 different times they sent them and they never did. I truly hope they lose all business and are forced to close bc they are nothing but scammers

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Modern day scam artists is more like it. They told my mother she needed $8k worth of work done. We knew that didn’t seem right, so we got her a second opinion. Her teeth and gums are perfectly fine and no work is needed!!!

Overall experience so far is very good. My hygienist Carol is super nice. Front desk staff is also very sweet. They examined and discussed about your teeth problem and finances related to it in advance before they start treating you.I Highly recommend this provider.

I had a very pleasant experience today with Dr Vera and her/my lovely assistant Sandra and ALL the staff. I was having some pain and she did several tests to make sure it was the correct tooth. I had to have a RCT done and she made my appointment so comfortable that I forgot I was in the dental chair. She really does great work and her chair side manner is outstanding.
