Brookside Dental - Clackamas Office

We love this place. Friendly staff and dentist! They were very patient with us, and answered all of our questions and concerns. They did a good job on the cleaning and fillings. My preteens had a great experience and are willing to go back. My daughter had some concerns about her tooth, they were able to got her checked quickly. We really appreciate it.

After my first visit I was very impressed. Every staff member and the Dr. Were excellent and did something great, they listened to what I want and also made recommendations. This is the opposite of what I have experienced with past dentist offices that tell me what I need with no discussion encouraged. So far I have had a great experience. I have a few more visits and will update this later. I have no reason to think that this 5 star service will not continue.

Awesome dental practice! Everyone is super accommodating and amazing. I've had some shoddy dental work from past dentists that Brookside has fixed quickly, easily, affordably, and prompt with insurance communication. Thanks again for everything, Brookside! :)

Absolutely fabulous experience. From the minute I arrived I felt comfortable and welcomed. Tami greeted me and was very pleasant and professional, the x-ray tech was awesomen. Dr. Sue was amazing! Everything was explained very well, I felt extremely comfortable and have scheduled subsequent appointments. I can't say enough good about Brookside, i will refer anyone needing a new dental care provider to them.

I just moved to Clackamas from Portland and was looking for a new dental clinic & found a flyer in the mail for brookside, the last dental office I went to always rushed me in and rushed me out with not evening caring or taking the time to truly care about my dental experience. That was not the case with brookside dental , they were kind and welcoming , they took their time and were very thorough with my very first appointment , I actually teared up because I finally felt like someone cared and took the time to truly help. I felt heard and seen and that's so important these days ! 100 percent recommend !

Great first impression at Brookside. Went in for a cleaning and also had recently chipped a tooth. They taken Cigna. Dental hygienist was really communicative throughout every step which is a skill a lot of folks don’t have! She was gentle but efficient and let me listen to a podcast. The doctor was also great. I really prefer a female dentist so I appreciate that about Brookside. She was able to polish my chipped tooth and gave me really detailed insights about the state of my teeth, and options on next steps. Didn’t feel she was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The scheduler/ billing specialist was also excellent. Got me quotes same day and helping me schedule via email which I prefer over playing phone tag. I recommend!

I'm on my third appointment with Brookside team and they are fabulous! Have been dreading going to dentist for years I'm so grateful I found them!! Thank you
