Great first appointment! After relocating, I needed a new dentist, and I’m very pleased with my experience at Brookline Progressive. Scheduling and communication were seamless, and finding parking was a breeze. The office itself is well-kept and welcoming. Alison, the hygienist, was incredibly thorough with my cleaning. She detailed my current dental health and took the time to discuss long-term care, including bone loss, gum care, and more. My visit was filled with many laughs, which made the experience even better. The entire team was excellent—professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease.

Andrea is the best hygienist! She makes you feel comfortable and safe which is huge in dentistry! Cant wait to go back- the entire staff was also friendly and welcoming!

Great dental office! Super clean and staff is so friendly! I love Shila for cleanings; she is very nice and knowledgeable with good tips on preserving your dental hygiene at home. Dentists are amazing too! Always leave here with my mouth feeling so clean and refreshed! Highly recommend!

Whole team was super friendly and welcoming as a first time patient. They literally squeezed me in the day after I called them and moved up follow up appointments to work with my hectic schedule. They definitely go out of their way to be accommodating, professional and friendly. Dr. Kwak, Alison the hygienist and Victoria the rockstar helping with scheduling were all great. Andrea & Dr. Kwak have been my trusted dental hygienist & dentist for years now. They are both experts at their craft and care for their patients with empathy and kindness. Andrea pays attention to detail and always educates me on how to best care for my teeth. Dr. Kwak also examines my teeth very carefully and always fits me in her schedule when urgent matters arise. The whole Brookline Progressive Dental Team is professional, kind, caring & accommodating. I moved outside of Boston and still drive into the city for my dental care because they are so great. 10/10 recommend!!

Dr. Kwok, Alison and the reception staff are top notch. They send reminders for upcoming appointments, give clear information about their billing policies, and answer any questions about your visit/their services/recommendations. Today's visit was for a routine cleaning and check up. Alison was polite, pleasant and efficient, commenting on my between-visit routines and offering suggestions. I'm impressed with the practice's use of technology; Alison was able to show me close-ups of areas of concern (decay, chipped crown, etc.) which made it very clear what our next steps should be. Dr. Kwok followed with a review, amplifying and clarifying future treatments needed. I highly recommend Brookline Progressive.
