They are both experts at their craft and care for their patients with empathy and kindness. Andrea pays attention to detail and always educates me on how to best care for my teeth. Dr. Kwak also examines my teeth very carefully and always fits me in her schedule when urgent matters arise. The whole Brookline Progressive Dental Team is professional, kind, caring & accommodating. I moved outside of Boston and still drive into the city for my dental care because they are so great. 10/10 recommend!!

They send reminders for upcoming appointments, give clear information about their billing policies, and answer any questions about your visit/their services/recommendations. Today's visit was for a routine cleaning and check up. Alison was polite, pleasant and efficient, commenting on my between-visit routines and offering suggestions. I'm impressed with the practice's use of technology; Alison was able to show me close-ups of areas of concern (decay, chipped crown, etc.) which made it very clear what our next steps should be. Dr. Kwok followed with a review, amplifying and clarifying future treatments needed. I highly recommend Brookline Progressive.
