I came here for a second opinion after not having great experiences at other dentists. Immediately, the team was extremely attentive to my needs and questions. They were incredibly kind, accomodating and considerate throughout my visit. The service was 10/10, you’ll be in amazing hands

I visited Broadmoor Lake Dental a a new patient. I have dental anxiety. I was treated with kindness and compassion. I have never been to a more caring and friendly dental office. The staff goes the extra mile. The office was professional and conveniently located.

Broadmoor Lake Dental is the only dental office I trust to touch my teeth. They have a full (and gracious) understanding of my needs and quirks. Without exception, every member of the staff is kind and concerned with my comfort while I am there. They are like family!

Dr. Van Ness and his team are amazing! I am so thankful to have found an honest and thorough dentist. Dr. Van Ness calls you after having treatment or services in his office too make sure that things are going well. Lee the hygienist I always see is gentle, thorough, and, so sweet. The front office staff is top notch always able to accommodate and pleasant to work with. I truly wish I would have known about Dr. Van Ness years ago!

This place is shady and completely terrible. After a cleaning, my tooth chipped a week later. When I tried to get one more cleaning before switching locations, i got jerked around constantly and called on 4 separate occasions about rescheduling my appointment. This has literally never happened to me at any other dentist practice. They also tried to tell me that my insurance was accepted but that I would have to pay more out of pocket. It’s Delta Dental- a standard for dental insurance. I believe that they are liars and looking to take more money from their patients than necessary. The doctor is always trying to pressure clients into orthodontist work (braces on me and wisdom teeth extraction for my husband) even after the answer is NO! Because he is getting kick backs for a referral. Again- this has never happened to me anywhere else I’ve ever been. The office is unprofessional and basically a closet. I only went there because it was close to my house but i’d rather drive an hour to a better dentist than ever go back.

Suggested my spouse to get a crown & wanted to refer him to get a root canal for over $900 (not including the root canal). They didn’t include insurance to cover a procedure, then when I corrected the front desk agent on this, she said “oh we usually just charge that since most insurance won’t cover it”. Aren’t you supposed to be calling insurance to confirm on a case to case basis? They wanted him to pay $450 upfront and the other half later to begin, knowing the insurance covered one of the procedures. I had my husband come to this place since my dentist is usually full. After this encounter, I called and they got him in. Our dentist let us know this place was trying to run us for our money and the tooth actually wasn’t worth saving, and he would like to pull it. One of the dental assistants at Broadmoor Lake told my husband if they pulled his tooth, his wisdom tooth would more than likely push to where his old tooth was. With our dentist informing us this is false, it makes me question how reputable this place is spreading misinformation. The front desk was also acting very stand off with the questions I was asking. She said “he won’t be getting the root canal here, he goes to another place” ummmm okay??? What other place? She wasn’t eager to give out any information she didn’t have to. $900 turned into $90 at our local dentist.

Everything about our experience was great. Going to the dentist always comes with a little anxiety and Dr Persky, Christina and Kate made it all easier! They are attentive and explain everything. Very friendly and thoughtful. Kate and Dr Persky have an easy way about them and make you feel comfortable and confident in them from the beginning. Christina had all the insurance information worked and and ready before the end of our first appointments and is very helpful with all questions and concerns. Loved them and will and would recommend Dr Persky’s to anyone!!
