Broad Street Braces

Went for consultation, they said to expect a call back after insurance verification, I had To call them to follow up,l. Again they told me to expect a phone call, and suddenly I received a phone call to start the process, however, the person did not know that someone was verifying the insurance, so she said ok we will call u back. End of story, I never received the call back, no one follow up. I am starting treatment at a different office, with an EXCELLENT and quick service.

The dentist is arrogant and a thief they misplaced 5 of my payments and stop emailing me my receipts and sandy the manager emailed assuring me she would and never did I would not recommend anyone visiting bsb a lot of staff has left due to his ignorance and arrogance the best part of that establishment was the team and dr JAMES who is caring and understanding dr Neil wronged me and my children who has autism I will be filing complaints with the legal clinic for disability I want these braces removed so we can start over somewhere else

This place is amazing and so is the staff, my daughter smile is so beautiful thanks to you guys!! Very friendly and great energy at this establishment, ten thumbs up.
