Brite Dental PC

First I'll start by saying I made my appointment at 3:30. I arrived on time, but wasn't seen till 4:20 Why make an appointment if I'm going to be treated like a walk-in. On top of that, when i asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it would take. She said Im gonna be calling you guys next. She didn't call us next instead two other women were called. So I asked again how much longer would it take. She said 10 min. Again she lied. She also had no clue what she was talking about when it came to my insurance. She had the nerve to say my insurance didn't cover filling or things like that. When all I had to do was a $50 deductible and I'll be covered for $1,000 or more from my insurance. Will not be back. Do not recommend. Unless u want to come to your appointment on time and wait a whole hour before ur seen.

Staff was very polite, professional, and welcoming. Cynthia and Samantha were extremely helpful getting me set up in their system and they answered all the questions I had regarding my follow-up appointments. Courtney helped with my session in the dentist chair and was also very polite and professional. Overall, my experience was a very positive one. Glad I chose this clinic that made me feel safe and welcomed.

patricia was a great dental assistant with me. she made sure my mouth was tooken care of without any injury and she had me in and out of the room pretty quickly.

The two young ladies in the front desk, Samantha and Cynthia are very friendly and always make you feel welcomed. The assistant Mayra was also great. The Dr. is someone you can trust and he is amazing at what he does. Overall this place is as top notch dental clinic.

Dr. Hussein and Ana were really knowledgeable they explain things in detail. The front staff was really nice and welcoming as well. Even though this location is about 10 miles away from my home I will rather take the 30 minute drive. I highly recommend them loved their customer service.
