Terrible place - the staff are not helpful. They only want your money and will not say ANYTHING about your insurance being out of network. Their pricing is triple of what insurance will cover - it shouldn't cost $408 for a BASIC checkup/cleaning.

An inveterate night-grinder, I needed major restoration done to nearly all my teeth. The staff at Brighter Smile clearly articulated the work that needed to be done, prepared a detailed plan of action, and provided an estimate that was accurate to the dollar. While I would rather not have needed so much work, the cost was more than fair, and the entire experience was virtually painless--literally and figuratively. And the new crowns have enhanced my life significantly.

I have been a patient of Dr.Thomas Adams for the past 24 years ...I would follow him to ends of the earth if need be .He is a brilliant dentist and cares about his patients .He listens and will give you the best treatment plan ...dont get me wrong he has to inflict a little pain now and again ,just part of dental work ,but he does it with a soft hand on the shoulder.."it will be ok ,we will take care of you .Jess his right hand is also great ...and I appreciate her soft ear to listen when I'm a little down about my teeth .. Take care of your teeth and Dr.Adams is the dentist who will help you get there.

When I was new to the area a couple of years ago I found myself needing some urgent work done to resolve some serious pain I was experiencing. Dr. Adams and his staff were quick to get me in and were great at resolving my issue. I have been going back ever since for cleaning, etc. and would recommend this place to anyone needing a dentist. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming and willing to work around busy schedules.

I attended brighter smile for roughly 6 months of service. The lack of clear communication over service fees and insurance coverage was frustrating, and occurred in more than one occasion. It really felt like their priority is sales and not the patient’s well being. Their pushy approach made it feel more like a car dealership than a healthcare provider. The cherry on top was my latest dental tech, who was condescending and also pushy with sales. And I am not mistaken on the location. They are located in Jefferson Park next to the subway and Dunkin,
