I had such a positive experience with Dr. Mike. I was a bit nervous, but he put me at ease right away and made everything comfortable and stress-free. His professionalism and kindness really stood out, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The whole team at the office was also so friendly and helpful—I’m really grateful for the great care I received!

I feel like I've won the lottery as far as dental offices go. The office staff, as well as my dentist, are phenomenal! My entire experience here has been such a joy. I've needed a lot of dental work done & at every appt, I'm personally greeted by each staff member, including my dentist. They are all so friendly and accommodating & genuinely want you to have a relaxing experience! Everything is explained in detail before I go in & with my aftercare. I get to watch TV during my procedures & it's a brilliant distraction! I wanted an excellent dentist who also cares about me & my health! I hit the jackpot with Brightcraft! I drive 1 hr each way because I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I visited your dental clinic for a professional teeth cleaning, but instead of the expected result, I faced serious issues that I had never experienced before. After the procedure: 1. My teeth are now covered in scratches. 2. A large gap appeared between my front teeth, which had never been there before. 3. The gap has caused severe sensitivity to hot and cold, causing constant discomfort. 4. Cracks have also appeared on my front teeth. I have been getting professional cleanings regularly every 6–12 months for years, and I have never encountered such problems. This suggests that the procedure was not conducted properly or that there was negligence during the process. When I addressed my concerns to the clinic, instead of being listened to, I was mocked and laughed at, which I find completely unacceptable and humiliating. My smile, which I have always valued, has now been permanently damaged. Avoid this clinic at all costs to prevent similar outcomes.
