We brought our 4 year old son here for the first time this past week for a check- up and we had a fantastic visit! Every single person I spoke with, both on the phone and in person were very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely kind. We live in Marion, it's a 30min drive and our son was anxious and in tears before I could put the car in park. The office is clean, brightly decorated and I noticed one room was decorated with Bluey decals on the walls and another was decorated with a Toy Story theme, there is clearly a lot of thought and care invested in making children feel comfortable at the dentist. Our tech was phenomenal! She immediately greeted our son, and made him feel comfortable. She explained everything to him first, she was super patient and compassionate from start to finish. The dentist is absolutely lovely, and I can't say enough good things about her, she is fantastic with little ones. I'm extremely grateful that I found this dentist and they are my superheroes! I'm beyond impressed with the care and attention my son received. He got a Spider-Man toothbrush, a prize, and 2 stickers! It was awesome. He even tried to do an X-ray. The only reason my son tried everything, remained calm and was so brave is because the entire staff and dental team were phenomenal with him.

I love that the staff not only tells the parent what to expect, but they also explain to the child what they’re doing through the cleaning process as well as how well they’ve been taking care of their teeth! I like the accountability for the children. We especially appreciate that our children are booked for their individual appointments together! They are embrace the experience even more knowing they’re with each other. We look forward to the visit!

My daughter was having an issue with her tooth. I walked in spoke to front desk associate and she was concerned as I was. She put my daughter on list to be seen as walk in. She saw dentist and explained issue to me and what to do. Whole visit took no more than 30 minutes including wait time. Customer Service was excellent, everyone was nice, and I was Satisfied! Thanks Much!!!

This is my first time bringing my daughter to the Dentel. We just moved here from Dallas. I don’t know if I’ll be bringing her back. Our appointment was at 1:30 knowing that it was my first time being her. I got there at 1pm to filled out the paperwork and give my insurance. They didn’t take my daughter in for her appointment until 2:10. Their excuse was it takes about 20 minutes to run the insurance… remind you I got there at 1pm and the appointment wasn’t until 130.

Dr. Vanessa and the staff that my son and I have encountered have been so caring and respectful! They take time to explain things and as a mom some of the most important things to me is being treated right and cleanliness. My son enjoys his visits and trusts his doctor and her staff so do I and it is well earned! Keep it up we love you all!
