Bright Star Dental

We are so pleased to have found Bright Star Dental! My husband and I live in Alamogordo and don't mind the drive to Las Cruces because we are so appreciative of Dr. Parsons, Faith, Ivan, Andy...actually every one we've met there! Dr. Parsons is so kind, gentle, funny, and does amazing dental work. Faith assisted Dr. Parsons during my husband's last treatment appointment. She's a gem! You will never have better care. I'm retired now, but used to work in the dental field so I know quality...Bright Star Dental is the best!

Andy at Bright Star is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. I have many sensitivities in my teeth, every step of the way she made me comfortable, most of all her gentle touch with great communication make her the best. If you want to have customer service above and beyond go to Bright Star I even received a hot towel to end the cleaning, felt like I was at a Spa. Thank you Andy!

Not seeing a Dentist in over a year, called in the morning and got seen right away even thought I was a new patient. As soon as you walk through the doors the atmosphere is completely different than other dentist offices I’ve been to. It’s very comfortable and personal. The receptionist is very kind and provides you with bathroom directions and where to find cold and room temp water bottles. The nurse who I spent the majority of the visit with as well as the Dr showed me mini tour of the office as well as all the amazing qualities it provides. Dentist chair warming, blanket and more. They even showed me how a cap for a tooth was made as well as the material. I felt comfortable with the Dr as during my visit I saw how meticulously and specific he wanted my tooth to be . For me I don’t really like dentist or dentist office because of past experiences but I have to say Bright Star Dental is one of the best dentist I’ve seen in a looong time

this was my first time here and i really liked the atmosphere of the office, very spa-like and they even have chairs that massage and heat up. i didn’t use it but it’s cool that they have it. everyone that i met and worked with was welcoming and helped put my dental anxiety at ease. i worked with dr. parsons and he explained my treatment plan simply. i didn’t feel hopeless when he shared it but felt empowered that we could get my teeth back to healthy. i’ll definitely be referring my family to this place.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Dr Brian Gilbert is always so polite, thorough, and informative. Andy, the hygienist, is the absolute best. She always ensures you have a good experience and provides different options to meet your dental needs. I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you for everything!

Faith and Dr. Parsons did a great job with my Veneers. From the consultation , procedure , and the atmosphere. I felt comfortable the whole time ! I have a new profound confidence thanks to bright star dental !!

I hadn’t had a cleaning in many years due to my own anxieties. The staff here are beyond professional and kind. I was treated with so much respect. There was no judgement at all. My hygienist, Ivan, was very quick and efficient with my cleaning. He was also very clear and helpful when telling me what work I needed further. Could not recommend this office more!!

My experience with Bright Star Dental has been amazing. Jennifer did my cleaning today. She is always so sweet and very thorough. I appreciate the entire staffs professionalism and would highly recommend. They’re the best in town for this reason!
